I have requested quotes from this company 3 times now. Once by leaving a message, twice by filling out their online request form. No response at all, not even a "hey we are really busy we will call you back" or "even though we have all these ads out in mailers, we really don't want any more business, so try someone else" or "we dont service your area because its out of our service area" or "your small 3 car garage job will not make us enough money to justify driving across town, especially if you expect discounts", which are all understandable responses, but no response at all, after 3 requests? Appearantly they are doing so well, they can afford to lose my business, and their Yelp reviews are so good that they need to have a negative one out here every once in a while to keep it from looking like they incentivize positive reviews. read more

We called Bigfoot out to our new home to install a few cabinets (26 feet worth) and 4 overhead racks. The install crew was great and timely. The cabinets went in fine, but they could not install the overheads as they said they could not find joists to mount to. The stars are based on the lack of quality and sturdiness of the cabinets. During install, I placed a box of books - 1' x 1' x 1', and the shelf sagged. Installer stated he had not seen that before. To test if this was just one shelf, we moved a couple boxes around and found the sag to occur of every shelf. The drop was in the 1/4 - 1/2 inch range. We just learned to place heavier items over the front and rear edges to center them a bit more over the metal frame. They still sagged a bit, just not as much as if in the middle. One cabinet is used for beverages, so we actually placed second shelves on top of the original to help support the weight. You can expect the shelves to support about 30-40 pounds per shelf without sagging. Today I was surprised when one of the doors fell off. I had been seeing screws in the floor for the past couple days, but did not realize they were falling out of the hinges. After checking a couple other cabs, we found several hinge screws wallowing and the mounting boards to be loose. Not good. I had these installed to save myself the work, but now that I have to remount the fascias, I might have well just gotten sets and assembled them myself. read more

I have used this company twice to help with garage storage needs. My first experience was in 2017. Great communication and an easy process. No money up front and they did what they said they would do on the day they said they would do it. Fast forward to 2019 and I decided I needed a cabinet in my garage. Again, communication was easy as well as the estimate and right on to the installation. The installer left my garage both times clean. Really deserves 0 stars. I scheduled a 1200 appointment for a consultation Saturday. 1215 rolls around and no one has shown up, so I call and ask if someone is still coming out. I'm told that the time was put in their schedule for 1:00pm. I know it was 1200 because I confirmed and wrote it down at the time we spoke, but no big deal mistakes happen I tell the guy 1:00pm is fine. I then receive a second call from a women saying she was told I called, uh yea, as far as I know I've already cleared things up with the other guy, but I proceed to fill her in and tell her we're fine with waiting until 1:00pm. She then feels the need to tell me that they schedule for 2 hour windows and maybe I just didn't understand that's (this was never mentioned to me in any of the previous calls). She then calls me back again to confirm my address and starts asking for my husbands number, and when did we schedule our install...again I'm just trying to get a consultation! I explain to her again that this is just a consultation. She says ok someone should be there shortly. 1:00pm rolls around and still no one is here. We wait until 2pm!!! No one shows up, so I call. I speak with a gentleman and tell him no one has shown up. He says they were about to send someone (at 2!!!) he says he can postpone my appointment, I tell him I just want to cancel and then he cuts me off, says Ok and hangs up on me. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and attitude given when we were nothing but understanding and respectful. Will definitely be going with a different company. read more

I called the office and left a message for the owner. I am still waiting for his return call. One star because I can't give zero stars. read more
