For the past decade or so, my parents have done countless renovations and upgrades around their house, inside and out. Their next project was getting new cabinets and a new countertop installed in their kitchen, but their old contractor who've they had for years mysteriously bailed and never returned their calls. Kristi was very friendly and guided my parents on what to expect next, how/when to pay, and when the job would be scheduled. I purchased a house and the cabinets were painted without being sanded before painting. Then I had an inexperienced handyman paint them and it was absolutely disaster. Then I called American Cabinet Solution. After having someone paint them and losing money I was afraid to trust anyone. Josh and his wife are the owner's and they are the most honest people I have worked with since arriving in Las Vegas. I made an appointment and they send a person out to take measurements. Then Josh and his wife, I am sorry I forgot her name, came out remeasured the cabinets and took the facings with them. I was told they would be completed in 6 weeks and they were on time. Workers came out completed the box portion of the cabinets and placed to doors back on. They also built me a wall oven cabinet with fitted perfectly. The quality of their work was comparable to the big box store cabinets. The workers were professional and competent when completing the cabinets. I also had my bathroom cabinet redone also. I didn't know what color to paint my bathroom cabinets, so Josh's wife bought sample colors to my house and helped me to choose the right color. She has an eye for picking the right color to blend in with your bathroom. They both are professionals in what they do and they did exactly what they said they were going to do and when. I could not be happier with my experience with American Cabinet Solutions. I loved my kitchen layout and countertops but wanted updated shaker doors since mine were from 1998 and had seen better days. I contacted Josh and he got right back to me. He was quick to give me a quote, came and measured carefully, and got started on the doors right away. They were all custom made to the sizes I wanted (a little oversized to hide more of the cabinet boxes) and installed quickly and well. The installer paid attention to the details and very patient. He gave me a price quote while onsite (the other companies I called left my house and provided a quote days later). ACS price was inline with the other quotes. I opted to go with ACS based on several items (punctual, licensed, yelp reviews, BBB rating, no veneers) and my installation begins on 4/13. OUR. KITCHEN. IS. AWESOME. We bought our home in 2009 and the huge kitchen was a big feature despite the "builder's special" boring oak cabinets. American Cabinet Solutions was one of four companies to bid the reface job. josh, the owner, showed up, measured, listened for a few minutes then sent a very reasonable estimate which ended up also being the final price. The others - well, they can run their businesses however they want, but all three sent a sales person who spent more time selling than listening and their estimates were way too high - in one case more than double Josh's cost. The old adage "you get what you pay for" certainly applies - I didn't feel the need to pay a salesperson's commission or operating costs for a business located in Taxlifornia. We went with the local small-business owner who puts his reputation on the line every time and gets personally involved with the work. The end results are even better than we imagined. Another unusual but welcome feature - the crew showed up on time, took great care in their work, communicated with us throughout, and even put up with our dog :-) . Josh also finished a set of night stands for us and they now match the rest of our bedroom furniture perfectly. Our Master Bath is the next project. I don't know who is going to handle the tile work, but I definitely know who will be handling the cabinetry. read more

We just had our kitchen cabinets refaced by American Cabinet Solutions and we couldn't be happier! This was not our first experience with kitchen cabinet refacing, so we pretty much knew what to expect, but Josh and his crew exceeded our expectations. Initially we had a few companies out for estimates. Josh's estimate beat the others by 30%. Josh gave us an approximate time frame for delivery and installation and though we were skeptical, he delivered in the time frame as promised. Our condo has low-end builder grade cabinetry. But now that Joe and Max have refaced them with 1/4" solid wood veneer and replaced the cabinet doors with solid wood the kitchen has a high-end look! We were told that the job would take a day and possibly a bit more and that's exactly what it took. We had pull-outs installed in two of the cabinets and replaced another with two deep pot drawers. The workmanship is excellent. One little hiccup involved a missing narrow cabinet drawer that Josh had to re-order. Rather than leaving us with a gaping opening, Josh made a temporary door and the new one will be ready in a few days. I highly recommend Josh and his crew members Joe and Max. They show up when expected and do their work without causing any disruption. We will use them again to refinish our bathroom cabinetry and we will recommend them to anyone who is considering refacing. read more
