They have gone above and beyond for us on every single project, no matter how big or small. They show up when they say they will, communicate well, take pride in their work, and never leave until the job is done right. The quality of their craftsmanship is outstanding, but what really sets them apart is who they are as people. They are kind, honest, respectful, and truly care about their clients. They are always willing to tackle a new challenge, and if anything ever needs attention, they stand behind their work 100%. That level of integrity is hard to find these days. He was able to come out a few days later, take measurements and get me a quote. He was also able to source the door and trim which saved me a lot of guesswork. As soon as the doors came in, he reached out to schedule and he had the doors hung within a couple of hours. His attention to detail is what really stood out to me. He was able to source the exact doors, trim and handles I have so it looks like this came installed from the builder. Everything is level and looks great. He was even able to refer me to someone to get the doors painted and that person did an awesome job as well. The common point from what I could tell were that budget, work effort, and communication fell a little short. Karin worked with me on the front end, and Haim executed in an amazing way. That was my experience in the last few months. From a satisfaction point regarding this kitchen renovation it simply could not have gone any better. I will say that the details on the front end matter. We went over several iterations in the beginning. I had narrowed down to two really great contractor options. Ultimately, I went with 702R&R due to their ability to paint with lacquer and extreme attention to detail. I just felt they would do an amazing job. We worked together to build my dream kitchen. It came out even better than I had hoped. I think it is important to review your budget early. Extreme quality costs. Think "Homes on Homes" quality and worthy of HGTV results. I don't want to over promise. It is YOUR design, so you will get what you give. Haim's expertise in managing is worth his weight in gold. Ask early if at your budget level they are interested. I think it will save a lot of hardship on both sides. I will let a few pictures speak for themselves. I'm so grateful I met and hired the 702 folks. They have an incredible team. P.S. There were a few hiccups with install: product delays which turned into an extra day of install, some areas weren't quite cleaned-up, and we noticed our dryer now has a pretty good dent in it from the install (once we let them know & luckily had in-progress photos to show when the dent occurred, they took care of it--dryer now good as new!). I attached a couple photos of the covers they put all around the house including covering the patios, pool and driveway. "Genius me" was able to remove the back from my MOVADO Classic Museum Watch with the Sapphire glass (designed in 1947) that is still as flawless as the day I purchased the watch decades ago. I removed it so I could replace a dead RENATA #395 battery which is the exact battery recommended by Movado. FYI, they're only $6.95 for a 3pack on Amazon. MY PROBLEM. I appeared to have "slightly" bent the watch back when I removed it. Despite all my cleverness and tools in my workshop, I was not able to secure the back after replacing the battery. That's why/when I started looking for a jewelry repair shop for help. I chose Anthony's based on the many prior 5star reviews on Yelp. \ As I walked into the small shop where I saw 3 men at work, I expected to pay about $20 for the service I needed IF someone was able to undo my damage and hand me my cherished timepiece in one piece. Eric worked on my watch for a couple of minutes and got some advice from Anthony himself. Would my "patient" live? YES! I started to reach for my wallet when Eric handed me my museum piece. WHAT? "You don't want ANY of my money?" was my reaction when he said there was NO CHARGE. This is why I have taken the time to post this review. Yes, it took him less than 3 minutes to solve my problem but I expected to pay for their expertise. Eric simply added that they would appreciate it if I would come again when I need anything jewelry related. I absolutely will !
