Visiting Burlington Washington, my sister's house was only a few blocks away. At my hometown Las Vegas I always go to Dutch Brothers. There were no Dutch Brothers nearby in Burlington. I looked up a coffee place and I found Bigfoot Java. I got the mythical ice mocha that had white chocolate. Yuuuummm!!! I would definitely get it again!!! read more

This spot totally came through when driving from Seattle to Vancouver BC around 8pm at night. All of the Starbucks nearby were closed, but Big Foot was open and we were so excited to try. It was cold and rainy out, so the drive thru option was awesome! Their Supreme coffee was super tasty. I love the logo and coloring on their cups too. We didn't have to wait in a line and the staff finished our order quickly. Definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area! read more

During a recent road trip in Washington my partner and I discovered this awesome coffee chain. We immediately noticed the pictures of big foot and had to stop in. They have a convenient drive through and extensive menu. I don't drink coffee so I got a delicious primate peach smoothie. My partner had a LEGENDARY LATTE from the Sasquatch specialty menu. He's a bit of a coffee snob but gave the latte two thumbs up and said that he wished we had this great coffee find at home in Los Angeles. The customer service that we received was friendly and made us feel welcomed. Our beverages were quickly made to order and the prices were super reasonable. Will definitely visit again the next time we are visiting. read more

This is like the third time I've seen the baristas hand drinks to the customers in front of us in line and then continue to have a 10 minute conversation with them. It's not considerate to the other people waiting in line. read more

The customer service from this one girl at the window was uncalled for. Apparently she handed my drink and non of my toppings were on there. She said it's only don't if someone asks for it why? She acted pissy when I asked her for my toppings and drizzle. The drink tasted like shit anyways. The manager needs to clean house on this location. read more

My husband and son ordered hot chocolate and it was coffee with chocolate. I ordered a Nutty Yeti... no nutty, too much sweet, next to no coffee flavor or aroma. Sweet sweet sweet...did I mention sweet? No coffee buzz, just sugar overload, couldn't even get through half a drink. Wasted far too much money here. Three votes for YUCK. read more

I like a coffee shop if they are consistent. I'd say BigFoot Java fits that. It's been my weekend spot for a while now because they are open early (24/7) and they consistently make a good coffee! Friendly baristas too. They also want to make sure your coffee is good before you leave. read more

Meh. Not sure why this place seems so popular other than that it's very convenient. While my coffee was strong enough it seemed lacking in flavor and was kind of watery. Also, I had hoped for a nice pastry but they didn't have much in stock. I would really like it if they had scones but I probably won't be back. As a drive-thru they're probably par for the course but nothing special. read more

Waited behind someone in line for 30 minutes, when we finally got to the window she asked us 4 times what are drinks were. Four separate times we repeated our order and she still got both drinks wrong. One was made with almond milk instead of coconut milk, and the other drink was suppose to be a hot white chocolate mocha and they gave me an iced mocha. Not to mention we had a free drink that she refused to let us use. We would have had them correct the order but didn't feel like waiting an additional 30 minutes. I do not recommend going to this location it's a waste of time and money. They have little to no concern with getting orders out in a timely manner. read more

This was always my pay day treat, 20 oz white choc americano with heavy cream. 3.75. Untill 2 weeks ago and she said because the stands down south are giving full cups of heavy cream away for free we have to charge for it now. I said ok. Drink came to 5.14. That's a huge jump. I now go across the street to starbucks and get the same thing but a 24 oz for 4.04. read more

Came here desperate for caffeine on my way up to Vancouver at midnight. I was so surprised about how AMAZING my vanilla latte was! Soooo good! They have a huge selection of flavor/sugar-free flavors including "Gosh it's Good" sugar-free white chocolate powder which is delicious! Also they make the best specialty drinks in town. Not only do they have an abundance of flavors, they also have sizes 12 oz-44 oz, and are open 24/7/365. Oh and I have to point out that they carry white coffee/toddy, delicious pastries (muffins/breads/bagels/scones/croissants), Red Bull, and a variety of Amp Energy Drinks which are a must for any coffee stand! I have to admit I thought it was going to be slow service when I got to this little gem, I was right. It takes forever to get a cup of coffee, nothing fancy just a cup of coffee. I put my order in jumped out of my car ran home 1.7 miles down the street, put an IKEA dresser together and ran back and was still waiting for my drink. The coffee wasn't bad but it wasn't worth waiting for, not coming back. read more

This was an unexpectedly delightful experience. Their shop is attractive and well lit. They have a large menu that they do very well. And the service was timely and friendly. I am not regularly a coffee drinker. I had a double mocha big foot or something like that. It tasted just as sugary as any other place I've drank these diabetes inducing caffeine concoctions so I suppose it's good. Went at about 4 am and the barrista was essentially stand sleeping, quite comical. read more

Love big foot Java! Their big foot frozen extreme is amazing! And the fact that they make their own whip cream makes them way better than any other coffee stand! Staff is always friendly and personable, and I would say prices are average compared to everywhere else I get coffee from. Definitely would recommend Bigfoot Java their coffee stands out! read more

Bigfoot java manager charity fired my wife for insisting they hold up sanitation STANDARDS DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC. My wife reported that several of the staff were not keeping the standards outlined by bigfoot and the dept of health. If I were you I'd stay clear of bigfoot java, you will probably get more than just coffee. If I could give 0 stars I would. The employees dont clean, they dont wipe off equipment in between customers. These pics are but a few examples of what their equipment looks like while they make your drink during this pandemic. read more

The bad review is for the Bigfoot Java that's in the parking lot of the hotel motel or whatever the good review is for the Bigfoot driver that's right on the corner of College Way and whatever the name of that street it's right on the corner. It's really difficult to get into. I give them a good review the Bigfoot Java that's north of them. They're a piece of crap scare mode, rip offs I never stop there. read more

I ordered a 16 ounce latte and after tax it was almost $6 (before tip): barista was friendly and made a good drink (milk was steamed to a good temperature and had the right amount of froth). The expresso was disappointing. It wasn't strong enough (kind of bland) and didn't have a rich flavor that I look for. This is not a place to hang out and visit with friends or get work done so go somewhere else unless you just want a quick cup of coffee. There has to be better options here though.....

This location was cozy, and had just enough seatings, and for the size of their store they had 2 individual restrooms. The service was great! Unfortunately, their lattes and mochas are so weak they just taste like warm milk. This is strange since they are coffee roasters, too. The free coffee on the Casino floor is actually better... and free. We were checking out of the RV area and decided to take one of their good looking sandwiches with us to have lunch on the road. It was wonderful, full of sliced turkey, swiss cheese and crispy lettuce on fresh sourdough bread. At $6 it's a bargain. Awhile ago we bought another sandwich at the gas station by Northern Quest Casino ($5.50) and it had one piece of pressed ham, one half of a piece of tasteless cheese and 1 piece of wilted lettuce that didn't even cover the bread. It was inedible and we threw it out. Moka Joe's sandwich is one you might find in a nice deli and a good value! Just skip the lattes.
