I was first greeted by a lovely girl with classic blunt bangs. Very friendly and I asked her to surprise me with a coffee of her choice (as I can never make up my mind). She gave me a s'mores coffee which was amazing. The other lady that greeted me to get my phone number for the loyalty program was friendly as well. (This is around 8:30am when I'm usually either still sleeping or just waking up) So needless to say, I will most definitely be coming back to this coffee place. Great coffee and amazing service! This spot totally came through when driving from Seattle to Vancouver BC around 8pm at night. All of the Starbucks nearby were closed, but Big Foot was open and we were so excited to try. It was cold and rainy out, so the drive thru option was awesome! Their Supreme coffee was super tasty. I love the logo and coloring on their cups too. During a recent road trip in Washington my partner and I discovered this awesome coffee chain. We immediately noticed the pictures of big foot and had to stop in. They have a convenient drive through and extensive menu. I don't drink coffee so I got a delicious primate peach smoothie. My partner had a LEGENDARY LATTE from the Sasquatch specialty menu. He's a bit of a coffee snob but gave the latte two thumbs up and said that he wished we had this great coffee find at home in Los Angeles. The customer service that we received was friendly and made us feel welcomed. Our beverages were quickly made to order and the prices were super reasonable. Will definitely visit again the next time we are visiting. read more

Meh. Not sure why this place seems so popular other than that it's very convenient. While my coffee was strong enough it seemed lacking in flavor and was kind of watery. Also, I had hoped for a nice pastry but they didn't have much in stock. I would really like it if they had scones but I probably won't be back. Waited behind someone in line for 30 minutes, when we finally got to the window she asked us 4 times what are drinks were. Four separate times we repeated our order and she still got both drinks wrong. One was made with almond milk instead of coconut milk, and the other drink was suppose to be a hot white chocolate mocha and they gave me an iced mocha. Not to mention we had a free drink that she refused to let us use. We would have had them correct the order but didn't feel like waiting an additional 30 minutes. I do not recommend going to this location it's a waste of time and money. They have little to no concern with getting orders out in a timely manner. read more

Untill 2 weeks ago and she said because the stands down south are giving full cups of heavy cream away for free we have to charge for it now. I said ok. Drink came to 5.14. That's a huge jump. I have to admit I thought it was going to be slow service when I got to this little gem, I was right. It takes forever to get a cup of coffee, nothing fancy just a cup of coffee. I put my order in jumped out of my car ran home 1.7 miles down the street, put an IKEA dresser together and ran back and was still waiting for my drink. Stopped in Sunday March 19th at about 5:15. It was very busy and cars were 3 deep on both sides. Finally made it to the window and there was only 1 gal working. My husband just came thru the big foot Java in mt Vernon, ordered a soy beverage and she started poring whole milk, he corrected her because I am lactose in tolerate she came to the window with a rude attitude telling him he didn't order soy, whether he did or not (which he did) there is know need for her to be so rude, then after she handrd him the beverage and had him pay she closed the window on him with out saying a word, I have contacted her manager, and Kaitlyn if you don't like working in customer service look into a new job, you start peoples day off and know one wants to start with a girl with a crappy attitude.
