The raspberry coconut was a little off...not sure what it was. With the flight, it came with 3 little appetizers. Shrimp ceviche, mango and other fruits with Tarin and Mexican crema corn (there's a name for it but blanking...) Shrimp ceviche was not bad, a touch of pico de gallo. The mango fruit with Tarin was definitely different - you can taste the spice! I didn't really like the Mexican creama corn...flavors were kind of off and there was more cream than corn. Our main entrees were pretty delicious! They ran out of the braised pork shank. I settled with the hangar steak. Loved the carrots, snow peas and mash potatoes. We ordered the Wagyu Burger ($24) with a side salad to split. They charge a $2 split fee, which I prefer over bringing out one meal and an extra plate. The Wagyu Burger is the best burger I have had in a long time. The meat was cooked a perfect medium, and was served with caramelized onions, white cheddar, a most delicious truffle aioli, and a wonderful house made brioche bun. Yum. I was almost sorry I split this one. But that left room for dessert...a luscious chocolate mousse served with whipped cream and a macaron.
