I used to come here everyday for coffee, most of my coworkers did too in fact. We have all stop after the most recent change in staff. They are slow, they have horrible attitudes and they are always talking to each other and pretty much ignoring the customers. I loved coming here for a long time just because of the friendly service, now I advise my friends, family and coworkers to stay away. I won't be going back until they have different people. I like this Big Foot Java. I pretty much like any Big Foot Java based on the drinks. The lines tend to be pretty long but what can you do when a van full of people show up and all of them order 24oz blended drinks. I really like to get coffee before work some days and the only thing that is really stopping me from coming in is that there is another stand that carries Protein Pucks. I think every coffee shop should carry these including Starbucks. This is because Protein Pucks are vegan. Most coffee stands do not have a vegan option and it's really nice to get something to snack on. Big Foot Java: consider it! Please :) Anyways...this stand's coffee is great, the girls are super nice (Jo is my fave) and sometimes you can get a little entertainment from the motel 6 next door. Conveniently placed in the same parking lot at the hotel were staying at (Motel 6) and the coffee and employees here just made our stay in Seattle even more worthwhile! Ordered a white mocha with half the sweetener and an extra shot of espresso because I like strong espresso flavor with a hint of sweetness. My drink was super sweet and espresso was pretty watered down. Terrible drink but the baristas were nice so two stars are for the service. read more

Update: I did get a response back from corporate and they explained that the price I was being charged is inaccurate if I'm only purchasing one red bull. They handled my complaint with care and got back to me reasonably quick. They offered more that a resolution and I honest appreciate their customer care. I'm only increasing my rating from 1 star to 3, because of them. I've been a loyal customer at multiple locations for several years. On my way to work, I often stop at the Big Foot Java in Seatac. On 1/14/19, around 2:30pm, I went to the Seatac location to get the same drink I've always gotten for the past several years. Customer service is almost always wonderful and I've always been charged a fair and reasonable price for my drink. I'm usually reminded that they have to charge extra for the amount of whip I get (about $.50-$1). My usual drink is a single red bull in a 32oz cup, with 2 flavors, cream, and extra whip. I usually have to ask for light ice since they tend to fill it to the top and water down the drink. I've never had any problem at this location nor any other Bigfoot Java. And I've never had a problem paying for a little extra product. Before the add-on charges, my drink runs about $4.22. (Give or take) I usually pay about $5.22ish, plus $1-$2 tip. So imagine when I visited Seatac today, I encountered a hostile situation with one of your employees. She claims to have been there about 7 months, the days she told me she works, tend to be opposite from my days I pass by, and so its reasonable to understand why we've never seen each other. The issue I had with this employee, was that she wanted to charge me almost $9 for a single can drink because it was in a 32oz cup. That would have been about the same price if I were to get the same drink, but with two red bulls instead of the often watered down drink I get. I originally asked if she accidentally put two red bulls in my drink, to which she proceeds to tell me "no, but that's the price of the cup your getting with the same amount of product." I explained I've never been charged such a way and I wouldn't have a problem paying for extra whip. (I can buy a large can of wip for less than what they charge for just a red bull. Let alone, even with extra whip, they charge me more than what it would be worth if I just bought a can. Then used it myself everytime I wanted extra whip). However, I wouldn't be paying for two red bulls nor product I'm not actually receiving. She told me that price has been in place for years, because one other customer has their drink made the same way. I also asked why she didn't inform me of the extra charge for the drink I'm having made, when she knows there is only one red bull in it. Everytime I've gone, I've been informed I'll be reasonably charged for extra whip. The add-in charges are listed on the menu. I know what I'm agreeing to. Then tells me that if I do happen to be a regular then all of the other girls have been charging me wrong all these years. When she claims to have been with the company for only seven months? She wanted to know who all these other girls were and chose to belittle me. I can tell you the days I usually come and the times. I'm sure there's also a history of my check-ins on my loyalty card I've had all this time. She wanted to go into a long argument with me about that not being acceptable and I can either pay the price she told me, remake my drink with two red bulls, or drop my drink in a smaller cup. I told her I'd be happy to pay for the drink if she were to give me the second red bull she's charging me for, but I don't have time to sit here and wait for you to make me the same drink. She claimed that wasn't an option to get a second red bull unless she remade the whole drink. She then explains that the reason I'm getting charged this price is because I'm getting a larger cup even though there is less and cheaper product being put in the drink. I don't have time to continue to argue with anyone. I myself work in customer service and know better than to treat any customer the way she had. Regular or not. I'm always respectful, always tip, no one ever has to wait on me when I've been explaining the same drink for over five years. At this point I just told her to put it in a smaller cup, to which I still got charged more for even less product that was completely watered down, and not full since she chose to drop it done the sink. The customer service I received was horrible. The unwillingness to work out a compromise to fix the issue at hand was just wrong. To have such an attitude and belittling any customer who was polite when you failed to inform them and proceed to talk to them in such a way is not acceptable. I clearly had my card and cash in hand ready to tip. Then the not so inconspicuous snuff and remarks that lead me to put my tips away before driving away is again wrong. Mistakes are made, misunderstandings exist, but she had a choice to respond differently. read more

I am pretty sure they would have bailed too if they weren't blocked. My boyfriend and I stopped by to get some coffee yesterday. As he started to order a 20 ounce frostbite, I quickly told him to get a 24 instead, the lady inside raised her voice as if she were speaking to a toddler, and said she couldn't hear him. He repeated the order and handed her a 10 dollar bill, which she ended up leaving on the window. When we got our coffee, she yelled out "you're welcome" as I was trying to say thank you. My daughter and I went here last Thursday, Jan 24th. My daughters been here but I never have. I will never go here again. We pulled up behind just one car which was at the window at about 10:15 pm. We sat behind this car for almost 15 minutes! There was also another car on the other side of the building. When we finally came up to the window I noticed there were two girls working. One looked to be possibly hispanic with pulled back black hair and the other girl had like purple or maroon partially colored hair. The black haired woman apologized for the wait as she worked her A$$ off fixing at least 7 drinks for the car across from us, while the purple haired girl was playing with the cash register almost the entire time. Finally the blacked haired gal took care of my daughter and I while still trying to take care of another car which had pulled up. The other girl was still playing with the 2 cash registers. I don't know what she was doing but I really felt sorry for the black haired girl. In all from the time I pulled in behind the car at the window until we got our drinks it was almost 25 minutes! Got to say this is one of my favorite spots to stop for coffee on the way to work. It is easy to get off freeway and get back on, and the staff in the morning is the best. I will not be back at this location. This afternoon around 12:30 I came by and ordered my drink. When I went to pay the girl serving asked if I had any smaller bills as I was paying with a $20. I did not have anything smaller. She proceeded to tell me that she could not make change for a $20 and said that she was hoping that I would have paid with smaller bills. She awkwardly starred at me for a bit as if it was my problem to come up with a solution for. All I had were $20 bills so I could not give her anything else but she made me feel as if this was my fault. When I went to leave, because I could not pay her she about threw the drink in my face with a "HERE". I did not take it.She made me feel like I was trying to get something for free. I was not. I simply did not have smaller bills today. . Thanks to her, I did not have coffee before work as I wasted all of my time trying to pay with a $20.
