I will say the new staff members that have been working Friday mornings the past few weeks are amazing. Extremely friendly. Fast service. I have also caught them during what I think was either shift turnover or scheduled breaks (when only 1 person was working), the employee working handled the lines with ease.. A few weeks ago, I witnessed them handling demanding customers with grace and kindness. The two employees held it together and stayed calm while handling a large customer order. Even when the customer was complaining and being impatient, they still remained calm and kind. Sadly the customer left a huge mess but the employees were quick to clean everything up. This Starbucks is located inside Kroger so you will have to deal with grocery store parking. It's a standard Starbucks kiosk stand. It's located in the front near the floral and produce which means there isn't any seating available. Just mentioning this so people know what to expect.
