I ordered the perch platter, which came with fries and slaw, and my wife ordered a burger and onion rings. The food was great! My wife enjoyed her burger very much, and the onion rings were standard battered rings of deliciousness. The perch was delicious -- I could have that at least once a week and not get tired of it. The fries were fine -- nothing special, just normal fries. The slaw was very tasty, though slightly liquidy. Would I go back? I don't live in the area, so I doubt I will be back there any time soon. But if I am back on the island, I will definitely be back again. It was warm and inviting, and the food was great. What more do I need?

We ordered 7 dinners ranging from Broiled Salmon, Pasta Alfredo, Chicken Piccata and New York Strip. Four of our meals were served and then 2 of our meals were served 20 minutes later and the last meal was served 10 minutes after that. I always try to be considerate especially during these times of staff shortages, supply chain issues, etc., but this server just didn't know the menu and I just didn't feel that the manager was very accommodating with the seating. I am not giving them a lower rating because the Salmon and NY Strip was actually pretty good and they did make an adjustment on my guest check. However, I would prefer to have a good experience and pay full price. I believe that this restaurant has what it takes to be a much better venue, however, it will be a long time before I try this restaurant again. There are so many other fine dining options in Wyandotte to settle for average or below average.
