I was never really a huge fan of Biggby coffee, but we decided to stop here to get some caffeine before a long drive. There is no drive-through, so you have to go inside. The inside of the shop is a bit tight, but there are some seating areas. When we ordered our drinks from a young lady, she did not have the best customer service unfortunately. She was standoffish and a bit rude. Perhaps she expected me to know the menu already, but I was attempting to look through it and ask what some items were. Then the conversation proceeded oddly. I told her I wanted a drink and so she typed in the price. She then cashed it out and gave me a receipt.... when I didnt tell her I was finished. I politely told her my husband wanted something as well and she looked at me irritated because she had to fix the issue. We waited for her to fix it and I told her his drink, and then she rudely asked if that was well. We did order some food as well. So overall, she did not have the best customer service. We sat and decided to eat. She did look at us in a strange way as well. My husband did go back in line to get me a cookie to go. He interacted with a young gentleman and he was much nicer and pleasant. I am not sure why the woman was in a bad mood. read more

The coffee is good and the staff work hard. The owner is doing them a disservice with scheduling as there are two staff scheduled in the mornings. It can take 30 minutes to get one coffee. If you have time constraints it's better to go somewhere else. read more

I work 12 hr shifts at the ED on weekends and I order the Caramel Mellow every time I do! Love them!! I wish I could buy one every day!

This place is awesome for everyone! We (my husband and our 2 girls, 4 and 9) here on holiday during a week day. I got the largest cold coffee with mocha and an extra shot bc it was free and why not right?! Both my husband and I got sausage bragels. His was on a plain bagel and mine on an everything bagel. You ask "what is a bragel?" It's a lightly toasted bagel (of your choice) with a light "smear" of cream cheese with your choice of meat topped with fried egg and cheese. They are very filling. This was perfect for us as we were hungry and it was almost lunch time. Our girls got donuts holes and muffins. I recommend the cinnamon muffins with the cream cheese! I didn't get a chance to try the donut holes as my 5 year old ate them all. The blueberry muffin was not completely eaten which tells me my 9 year old was not a fan. I would recommend people with children check this place out as it has a little bit for everyone :) we got 2 sausage bragels, 2 muffins, 1 order of donut holes, and large mocha cold coffee with extra shot for free (deal of the day) for $20.34! Wow! Our youngest is not a fan of eating in places heck even eating at home so this was great bc we just took it to the truck and ate our bragels and on our way we went back home. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was college laid back vibes. The parking is a bit tight. There is no drive thru window. I've only had one bad experience when a worker (blonde hair with glasses) publicly mocked what I got (it was just two fruits added as flavors that she thought was so wild and bizarre too, most of the freeze drinks they have have this) but in general it's a good place, that experience has made us not get anything if she's working though since we don't feel like being scrutinized for something that isn't strange in the first place. It's in a good location and the music playing is usually pretty good. read more

The girls that work here are awesome! My sister has celiacs disease and the girls were thorough with asking and showing us the syrups used in the drinks to make sure she could have it. They let us look them up and we're very patient. Our coffees were SO GOOD too, would go back!!!! read more

First of all I love BIGGBY. I love BIGGBY coffee and the overall culture of the brand. What I don't love is the customer service at this one. The employees, with a couple exceptions are just plain rude. Being from the Marquette area I'm used to the friendly staff there. BIGGBY In Houghton could learn a lot from their sister store in Marquette. I sometimes skip a visit if I'm feeling like I just don't want to deal with negativity. And once again I'm met with complete rudeness and told they stop making a certain item after 7 by a very nasty girl. If you don't like your job find another one. You're bringing the brand down. I don't see it in the menu anywhere that this item isn't available after 7. Pretty sure she just did not want to make it. I will never stop here again. read more

This is a great little spot to get some work done. There is plenty of seating, the staff is friendly, and a large drink menu. I came here two days in a row on a business trip. While the prices are a little more than the typical Starbucks, it is well work it. I had the special, DaYooper latte. read more

I've always liked BIGGBY and go there often. Lately the service has been less than desirable. I believe most of the issues could be solved through a better training program for their new employees. Some of the employees also seem to have an attitude problem. read more
