This place packs a LOT into such a small space! About half the store is just touristy knickknacks, but the other half is all homemade by the guy that owns the store and is WELL worth a stop. There were tons of jams here- this ended up being the only place in the whole peninsula where I was able to actually find thimbleberry jam! Lots of baked goods too- I tried the honey cardamom cookies and while I prefer a soft-baked cookie to a hard one, the flavor was excellent. I also tried a jar of mild chow chow, which is pickled veggies in a mustard-based sauce, and they were ok but I can see people really loving that stuff; it just wasn't my cup of tea. Definitely stop in if you're in the area!

    Yummy souvenirs!

Keweenaw Kitchen - Mold. Called. No response. Brand new. Can't return because I bought it at a fair.

My wife discovered your blueberry jam in our local Spartan store in Vassar, MI. It immediately…read morebecame a favorite. The jar lasted about two weeks. She next tried your strawberry then raspberry. Your raspberry is my current favorite. Such flavor! I find things to put it on because it adds so much to everything I've tried it on. We will soon start to be adventurous and begin expanding the different jams that are mixed with rhubarb. Thank you so much for the diligence in making these fine products and the quality of your products. We talk you up whenever we can. Is there any chance you have Huckleberry Jam in your future? I am 67 years old and can still remember the taste of my Grandma's home made Huckleberry Pies. Again thank you. Your company and personnel are very special. Kenneth C Blackmer Millington, MI 48746

About a year ago, I bought my first jar of Raspberry Jam. It was so good. Since that time, I have…read morepurchased four more jars of Strawberry and Raspberry. They were all terrible! Not red and glossy like a good jam, but very jellied looking. The Strawberry had no fruit in it and looked like a broken jelly. Weak, bland, and very light in color. I will never buy another jar.
