I have been going to this biggby for years, yes their drinks are good, yes their food is good, but they are SO SLOW. My husband and I joke that if there's even one car in front of us at the drive through then it will be at least 30 minutes. If you are planning on stopping by for your coffee before work you need to leave EARLY. Another thing I want to mention is that they mess up my food order more than they get it right. I just get a simple bragel sandwich with no cream cheese, but more often than not they put cream cheese on my sandwich. I personally just hate cream cheese so it's really frustrating when they mess up my order because it takes so much time to scrape it off. I have asked for clarification that my sandwich doesn't have cream cheese and sometimes they catch it and remake it, while other times they have said that there is no cream cheese, when there actually is. The only reason I keep coming back is because the drinks and the food taste good, but I often find myself saying "that's it this is the last time I'm getting biggby, they always get my order wrong." Unfortunately the convince of them being the only fast food breakfast place close by keeps me coming back. I gave them 3 stars instead of 2 because when they do get my order right it is VERY good. read more

I went too this Biggby before and appoinment. I had to drive through the drive through TWICE and they never answered me. So I went inside. There was one other family and one car in the window and it took 20 mintues to get my drink. The girl that took my order was rude and not helpful. I will NEVER go back. read more

I have been here multiple times as it is the closest to my home. I will gladly drive 20 mins in the opposite direction to avoid coming to the Hudsonville location. You have to wait in a line for 20-30+ mins for 1 drink. There will be 1 person in front of me each time who also sits there for a long period of time. I have seen multiple people leave before getting served myself included. Not to mention the coffee is never made correct. I have no idea why it takes the employees so long but I will never ever come back to this location. If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. read more

I love biggby, but this location takes 10+ minutes even when you're the only car in the drive thru. the girls are nice that work here, but no one is in a hurry. I have seen cars leave the drive thru multiple times bc it's so slow. read more

Going to start by saying I'm not a huge fan of Biggby but there aren't a lot of options in the area. I've been here a few times on my way to work. The coffee is always decent nothing amazing. The staff is friendly but not the quickest. read more

This is the nearest BIGGBY to my home and work, however after multiple attempts to order here I will never be coming back again. Without fail, they take 15+ minutes to make a single drink. Today, they completed a larger order (2 lattes + a bagel) before mine (1 latte + a bagel) which was taken after I placed my order. I then asked, "how much longer until my order?" One of the younger girls working then tossed my bagel across the counter and said "there it is." The girls working then laughed confidently as I walked out as if they were proud of themselves. I will now be driving the 5 extra minutes to the BIGGBY on 8th Avenue as they are always kind & provide just as great food/drinks. read more

Sat in the drive through for 5+ minutes with no one taking my order so I pulled up to the window stating that no one was talking through the order speaker and the girl working claimed they were just very busy. Proceeded to take my order and then gave her my card for payment. before she turned away to swipe my card I said oh wait I have a coupon and when I turned back with my coupon she was handing me my card back stating she had already ran it with a "sorry". As a fan of Biggby I would not recommend this location. Service was rude and slow, and I received the wrong order.

Service was ok. But they charged me for whip cream for my son's drink. And the male server got upset, saying we charge for whip cream. Then maybe it needs to be stated clearly that there is an extra charge for whip cream to ANY order. I plan to take my business elsewhere. read more

This specific location is hit or miss. It's pretty much always evident that the employees have better things to be doing (which I get, but we've all had to do the costumer service thing... I promise it's not that hard to be nice, or to at least fake it for a couple minutes). There were floaties in my latte on two separate occasions. Once my everything bagel with cream cheese came without the cream cheese. Ironically, the barista had looked in the bagel bag seemingly to check for cream cheese... but there was none. Downright offensive! ROLL YOUR EYE'S AT MY WIFE?!? ... So, my wife and I stopped in one morning... no other customers... now I know why. We are older and not well versed in coffee lingo... our bad. My wife asked a simple question about ice brews vs. hot brews and the THREE you ladies that we at the counter LITERALLY stopped, looked at each other and ROLLED THERE EYE'S ... This Biggby location has been on my morning commute for the past 4 years and it is my favorite location. Consistency of drinks and food is on par with others in town and I feel they rotate flavored brewed coffee more than anyone else, which I enjoy. I've worked at this establishment for over 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say! I truly enjoy getting to know the regulars at our store and meeting new people every day. Things are definitely fast paced and get a little hectic at times, but knowing that I have amazing coworkers by my side and awesome customers makes all the difference. One of my favorite things about BIGGBY (other than the people), is that we're able to customize our drinks to fit anyone's taste! Add extra shots of espresso, whipped cream, chocolate chips, pretty much any flavoring you can imagine, etc. with ease. I went to this Biggby yesterday the service was very slow which is not uncommon for this location. I go to this location frequently because it is closest to my house. Yesterday they were extra slow and there was ONE car in the drive through. I got to the window and asked what was taking so long and they continued to tell me some lady wanted to re-do her card. I started to inform the girl working the drive through that we have had several bad experiences at this location, to include this week. The assistant manager, Bailey Hackett, then came to the window and I was telling her weve had many negative experiences and it is always so slow but we come here because it is closest to our house. She than began to tell me I could go to a different Biggby then. After I already paid for my drinks she told me I could leave. She refused to give me emails or phone numbers for managers, she just gave me their names and wouldnt tell me when they would be in. She then kept pulling the paper back with the information on it, so that I could not grab it. read more
