This by far is my happy place ! I absolutely love coming here! To drink my yummies as I call them, read, surge the net (BTW they have free WiFi and the signal is super great) They have so many choices, hot chocolate, teas, fresh coffee, lattes, danish, brownie, bagels and more! I get just about EVERYTHING! I absolutely love the Carmel mocha! It's my go to drink! Try the teddy bear latte, you will NOT be disappointed, I love how quick they are, everything is so clean, especially the machines, you can see the fresh blender they bring out to make each drink! I don't usually do coffee chains, but I love this coffee place! Actually I love them for their smoothies. I can't get enough of them especially when it's your birthday and you get a free drink! But even when it's not your birthday and you want to celebrate by waking up. Then this is a good fresh start! The location was clean, the staff were friendly, and patient. Seriously, I know it's a pain to wait on someone whose just staring out into the nothingness. Luckily no one was behind me, who yes, takes four years to order. Eventually, I set on a banana and strawberry smoothie which was making and is also not pictured. My friend got a drink he claims was a teddybear. This location is terrible....stay away. The mgr is very rude and poor customer service.

I went to this location this morning. Placed my drink order, paid for my drink, and watched the employees finish making the orders behind me. Drinks and sandwich's, before one of the workers took the 3 seconds to hand me my own drink. I was at anther location and the drive through window was open and i could me drink, but the employees were to busy talking about their personal lives while i sat there watching my six dollar cup of coffee get cold. So Like that other location i wont be back. Maybe instead of asking people if they want to leave a tip, the store could focus on waiting on the customer at the window, as opposed to the cars behind behind that first customer. read more

I recently went through the drive through and was charged $98.00 for my Carmel Marvel!!! I was in a rush and the drive through line was going very slow (I would have used the lobby but they don't have enough staff to open up the inside area) when I placed my order I was supposed to receive my free coffee from the rewards card but when I got to the drive through window the clerk said I have already rung it up and would I mind getting my free beverage the next time I ordered. So I said that was fine then they asked for me to tip which I was put off by the way they asked me for a gratuity which is I found out is a corporate Initiative for a tip which I found off putting. I should have asked them for my recipe because when I checked my bank account later I found out I had been charged $98.00 but after getting nowhere with the District manager and no call back from their corporate offices which they don't have a person you're forced to leave a message! I still have a free coffee from the rewards program but I won't be able to enjoy it after this experience! read more

... maybe I've just had the bad luck of the draw when going to this location, but everytime I go there something awful happens... long waiting time, no promo applied, I even got the wrong beverage. After they didn't apply a bogo Wednesday offer for us I decided that was kind of the last straw and have been going out of my way to go to the Gull rd store, because the over all experience at the Gull rd location has never been as bad as this one has been. read more
