Their pistachio ice cream contains no pistachios. Nor are pistachios available as an optional mix-in. So if you get pistachio ice cream here, all you're getting is ice cream dyed green and flavored heavily with almond extract. Even grocery store pistachio ice cream contains pistachios. For the $5+ even a small serving costs here, they can afford to toss a few pistachios in. read more

I woke up today craving for ice-cream So, i remembered that one of my friends recommended cold Stone for me. I took my husband in ice-cream date there today. I haven't expect the ice-cream to be this good. I chose chocolate cake flavor mixed with strawberry and pie crust topped with Caramel sauce . My husband chose plain chocolate mixed with m&ms flavor. It was delicious and creamy. We chose ice cream cones covered with dark chocolate and another one with sprinkles. But Idont recommend them. I have tasted better cones. So next time I will Just go with normal cups. There are indoors and out doors seats. Both are good. Prices vary, we paid 11 dollars for 2 ice cream cones. read more

I love EVERYTHING about this place! Walk in and everyone says HELLO! The ice cream is delicious the stuff in my dreams! The prices are a little high but they fold in any topping you'd like! Tonight I got chocolate devotion, chocolate ice cream, brownie chunks, fudge, chocolate chips, and I added almonds. My husband got the peanut butter cup perfection and so did my daughter. My oldest got the chocolate devotion as well and my middle boy got mint mint chocolate chocolate chip and added m&m's. Everyone loved their ice cream. I loved it so much I finished first You can also special order a birthday cake, every little bit of it !! Frosting, filling and flavor of cake, I love going ! I just wish the prices were cheaper! Love this place! They were super busy the other day and understaffed; it was stressful for all of them. They have minors working there so I understood when they had to close early. Understaffed and minors working; yeah,you're going to close early. Our order was made perfectly and the mixed girl with the gorgeous big hair was courteous, professional, friendly and made our order quickly. She's an real asset to the company. Keep up the good work!! People have patience with workers in the food industry most places are understaffed and the workers are underpaid. Doesn't cost any thing to be patient and kind. read more

Really wonderful service from my experience. I looked through the store, before settling in on my perfect cake. It didn't melt on me from the store to my house. Which was a huge worry since I'm twenty minutes away from it. When it was finally eaten, I was more than pleased by it overall. Everyone please have some sense and completely disregard that 1 star review. If that guy knew anything about ice cream, he would know that it is made from cream and not milk. Running out of milk has absolutely nothing to do with the batches of ice cream they make in the store every single day. (Unlike all the other ice cream shops that get their ice cream delivered pre-made in the mail.) Yelp reviews really need an incompetence tag for those who's leave reviews without having any idea what they are talking about. Ah yes, Cold Stone Creamery, it's been far too long. While my person was getting a haircut today, I sat. Waiting... Patiently.. Until I remembered there was a CSC right next door, that is! At that point, I booked it out of that barber shop so quickly that you would think CSC was an ice cream truck and the sound was getting further and further away. I was a stage 10 clinger while looking at their ice cream choices, I wanted to keep them all. In the end, my 1/2 Cake Batter 1/2 Classic Vanilla Ice Cream and Brownie combo was the right choice. I was in heaven. Also, rumor has it, that working at CSC gives you bazooka muscles from kneading all that creamy goodness together... So I asked! Coldstone is one of my favorite ice cream places ever! Their ice cream is simply a different consistency/quality than anything I have ever tasted, and their flavors are incredibly accurate. All of this, mixed with all of the goodies you can mix into your ice cream, makes Coldstone a great place to grab a quick snack. It is a bit pricey, but really not excessive considering the quality of their product. Highly recommend! read more

The ice cream was really good, but the service is almost enough to keep me away. The store was busy and the woman that served us seemed to be stressed out, which is understandable. However, her attitude reflected and she was impatient and impolite. I would be more understanding if she was the only one serving, but there were 3 other employees there to help her. I get that a long day and a busy store is stressful, but "fake it till you make it" is the way to go. They clearly are not held to a high standard of customer service. read more

Ok, so I feel a bit bad for the place that the first reviewer gave it a one-star review with nothing but positive comments. I'm guessing he didn't mean to do that. I absolutely love their cake batter and butter pecan ice creams, but often notice that the cake batter ice cream is overly melty so by the time we do our 10-minute ride home I've got soup. Also, on almost every visit my husband winds up with exponentially more ice cream than I do when we order the same size container (usually "gotta have it".) Consistency needs improvement there. One time, the difference was so glaring that I mentioned it to staff. The manager told the gal making our ice cream that I was right that the portion was too small and she added a meager 2-TBSP quarter-scoop. That's not the way to right a wrong. read more

Ordered through Uber Eats 7/21/2019. Ordered three make your own "love its", Uber Eats arrived with one incorrect ice cream. Driver spoke to support line, went back to restaurant to get correct order, came back with three ice creams - correct combinations, ALL INCORRECT SIZES (we ordered 'mediums' and were all given the smallest size possible).
