Made a stop on the way to Chicago. Needed a coffee break to refuel for the last 2 hours. This was a cute place, interesting latte blends. Wi-Fi available quick service. The order was set out to the wrong person first then the bagel that was made and sent out for me has ham on it and no extra cream cheese is not what I wanted I ate it without complaint but this store needs help. read more

I think I've maybe had one good coffee here. It's almost like they want it to taste terrible. The service is super slow as well. Might just be worth it to drive down the road and go into Starbucks at family fare bc the drive thru does save time. read more

Worst cup of coffee I've ever had. I usually go to McDonalds but thought I'd try Biggby. 16oz breed coffee was $2.75. To add insult to injury it was ice cold and tasteless. I had only gone about 5 minutes from the store. Lesson learned! read more

Biggby is my favorite coffee shop. But over 2021 this location has continuously gone down hill. We have been back tons of times hoping things are back in order, giving another chance and hoping we won't waste our money, but last night proved again they haven't fixed anything. From simple coffee orders that they don't add vanilla to more than once, to specialty drinks that are awful, long wait times, which I understand short staff but we've gotten to the window and watch the workers just standing there taking with a huge line behind me and a few minute wait for our drink more than once. Last night was a pumpkin spice latte, I've been anxiously waiting to have, my husband got it home and it tasted like burnt pepper while leaving a horrible after taste, zero pumpkin what so ever. After the first drink there was no way I could even attempt to finish it and dumped it out seeing the bottom full of grounds. And that was the last chance. As the closest Biggby around it's a bummer that they have gone so down hill, but I'm not into just dumping money down the drain. Highly recommend trying a different location or coffee shop in the area. read more

Not the best by any means. Expensive. We spent 74.00. Ugh. Services were sub par at best. Messed our order up and the bathrooms were NASTY!! Taste of steamer was pretty bland. For the price. Get it right. As for the bathrooms they didn't even have the right toilet paper or the right paper towels so instead of them being in the holders they were just on top of the holders. Lazy!! They hardly washed the cups we bought, just rinsed the insides. Ick. The guy who took the order kept wiping his sweat then touched the mouths of our cups. Never again. read more

First off not a huge fan to begin with. And today's visit just topped it. My biggest complaint with Biggby is with, well their coffee. Flavor is pretty good but it is usually luke warm at best. Today was no exception. Got my coffee and took my first drink and sure enough cold. Who knows how long it's been in the carafe. So go up to the counter and set it down to let them know it is cold. So they fixed the problem for me alright. They toss it into the microwave. That's right, the microwave. So now I have a lovely cup of reheated, old coffee. Looking forward to this one.... read more

It's more ubiquitous in Michigan than Starbucks is. My latte was decent. The medium was a bit pricy, but also really big, more than I expected or needed. They have cocoa, nutmeg and cinnamon that you can shake in yourself. they also have a range of frozen drinks and flavored lattes that I'm sure all have a zillion calories, but this doesn't seem to be a state where they have to put that information up on the menu. This store seemed to be a comfortable place to sit and study or read. There's free WiFi. There's plenty of parking. It's about six minutes' drive off the highway, so it's a convenient stop during a drive. They sell all sorts of mercy, and some muffins, bagels, and cookies, as well as some nice teas, and their own roasts, whole bean. read more

If I could give "0" stars I would I ordered a 20 ounce hot butterbear and I know my butterbear because if I'm gonna drink my calories I'm gonna drink what I order the Brista behind the counter today actually argued with me about the drink. She did not make a butter bear she made a latte but you argue with me about the look of a butter bear I will never come back to the store and I hope whoever reads this does not come to the store. I used to love coming here for a warm drink or a refreshing iced coffee in the summer. Recently every time I've gone their my drink have been HORRIBLE!!! I don't know if the workers are just not getting proper training, but they have no idea how to make anything! My tea tasted like water, my hot cocoa tasted like milk. Nothing was flavored correctly. My friend asked for iced and they gave it to her hot. And don't get me started on trying to ask them to special make anything! The smallest of substitutions just blows their minds and they can't function! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also Starbucks is cheaper! read more

Granted I went there on a Monday morning when they first opened. However, they decided to divulge to me that they were out of cider until they could run to the store. You are open on Sunday, if you needed to run and get cider, you could have done that the day you ran out. I LOVE BIGGBY, they are by far one of my favorite coffee shops; that said this particular location isn't the best. Typically waits are pretty long, especially in the drive thru and seriously ridiculous if you are ordering more than one drink. Don't expect that they will have the ingredients for posted specials. I'm not sure how they run out of caramel so often or how they never seem to have whatever it is they need for the posted specials but they don't. Last trip thru last week will be my last. Waited a ridiculous amount of time for my drink to find that it was mostly whipped cream and less burnt coffee. So sad - the nearest locations are not close enough to frequent often for me. read more

This is probably the worst Biggby location I've been to. I am a frequent customer to several other Biggby locations, and they always get my order right, coffee is hot; and I get my order in a timely manner. I ordered two hot ciders and a bragel, waited 10-15 minutes to receive my items- might I add, I was the only person in the line. Not worth the wait. read more

Temperature in store was 84-85 degrees, employees state they couldn't change it per owner, this sucks. Very very uncomfortable, no one stayed, sorry I purchased my coffee before I found out they couldn't cool the place down. I come quite often, no more!!!! read more

Currently sitting in the drivethru on my last visit to this location. Be prepared to wait excessive amounts of time. Also, they are always out of everything. They have no butter, only one kind of bagel, and no cream cheese varieties. And this isn't atypical - this happens frequently. Not only is the wait time ridiculous, the coffee is always lukewarm, at the Biggby in Marshall, MI. At first I thought it was a fluke, because I am a frequent visitor of Biggby in Battle Creek, as well as Charlotte, and their coffee is hot and fresh. After several attempts at the Marshall location, and giving my feedback, nothing has changed. Lukewarm coffee that has been sitting out for a while is not how I wan to spend my money. read more

Avoid this bigby in Marshall mi at all costs unless your time means nothing. We waited 25 minutes in the drive through line with only two cars ahead of us. This is not the first time my wait has been unreasonable but it will be the last time. I won't stop here again. Try coffee commons at dark house or Starbucks inside family fare. read more

This place has gone so down hill. The service is so excruciatingly slow!!! I went through the drive thru, two cars ahead of me and I had an 11 minute wait!!! The next morning I went through again giving the place the benefit of the doubt. And again the wait was lengthy. Days later I go inside hoping for better service and happy I was the only one in line. Nope...... There were two counter girls there and no one acknowledged me. I look outside cause maybe there was a sudden rush of cars in the drive thru and thats where the girls attention was??! Nope not one car!! And yes I embarrassingly admit I have been back due to my addiction for the coffee. This use to be the quickest friendliest place for a cup of coffee, I use stop by every morning on my way to work. Thank goodness a Starbucks has opened up inside Family Fare!! I do love Bigbys coffee but the poor poor poor poor service has me going elsewhere and not retuning. read more
