The other worker says in a snotty tone, pointing at the receipt with my drink, "It says in store right there on the receipt." I tell her the app says nothing about coming inside the store, it simply says, "Pickup: at store." She then replies, well your drink wasn't ready anyway. So you're telling me the drink wasn't ready once I got to the window, so it would hold traffic up, yet it was sitting on the counter when I entered the store less than 60 seconds later? What exactly is this policy protecting? And why the need to point that out if it clearly was ready by the time I got to the window? I get it you have a policy - then share that policy on your app and tell your employees to get an attitude adjustment and be kind. I don't work for Bigby and I don't know your policies. It's a simple drink order, so why make it complicated for paying customers? This is the closest Bigby to my home. I won't be back and stick to Starbucks for my daily coffee and sandwich on my way to work from now on.

Whatever they are doing in the morning needs to be replicated in afternoons/evenings and weekends.
