I was disappointed, but still wanted my coffee. I was served by Maverick, and to say the experience was a disappointment would be an understatement. I understand getting frustrated while busy, or having a bad day, but this was very different. Maverick seemed extremely frustrated, and didn't seem to know what she was doing. She was cursing with multiple customers and shoppers within earshot, and couldn't seem to handle multiple tasks at a time. My drink also didn't taste nearly as good as it normally does, not sure if the drink was incorrect or if the experience *literally* left a bad taste in my mouth.

The drink menu would be a perfect example of this if the prices were listed. A bonus would be if you had the menus & prices on your website as well so it's easy to find! I work in Coldwater and we order from you quite a bit and one thing we've all mentioned is wishing we could see a full menu so we know beforehand how much our orders are gonna cost and I know some of my coworkers have wanted to order food and didn't because they didn't see any prices listed.
