I was disappointed, but still wanted my coffee. I was served by Maverick, and to say the experience was a disappointment would be an understatement. I understand getting frustrated while busy, or having a bad day, but this was very different. Maverick seemed extremely frustrated, and didn't seem to know what she was doing. She was cursing with multiple customers and shoppers within earshot, and couldn't seem to handle multiple tasks at a time. My drink also didn't taste nearly as good as it normally does, not sure if the drink was incorrect or if the experience *literally* left a bad taste in my mouth.

She took his order and then he had to leave & wait 15 or 20 minutes. Being that we live very close by, it should have been very fresh. But the food was basic and quite frankly, a little expensive for what we got. The food was decent, but I always hope for a little more from hole in the wall places.
