I got the frozen hot chocolate and I have not been feeling good after that don't recommend

The black and blue refresher was amazing . Service was spectacular. Every time I go in there, the barista's are super nice and helpful

Oh my. Where to start. Walked in and told an employee that I had never been in before. He proceeded to ask what I preferred in a cup of coffee (sweet or bitter? iced or hot? different flavors?). He recommended an iced caramel nut coffee and ZOOWEMAMA. Better than Starbucks, better than what I make at home, better than anything I've had before. Flexible with dietary restrictions as well, which was amazing. They even offered a free drink that they had made incorrectly, as they would have thrown it out anyway. Highly recommend and will go again! read more

Bringing it down a star- since moving back to the area recently, I've been here a lot more often. While I still stick to the same comments about the actual environment of the coffee shop... I feel like the drinks have gone downhill. I've had conversations with other people in the area who feel the same way. Either the drinks are extremely sweet and overpowering or they're kind of "watered down". I'm not sure the reason for this, it seems like there are a lot of newer, younger people working there... Which is great! I'm just not sure if they have the same appreciation for a well-made drink or not? But who knows, it could come down to the training or something completely different. read more

We've come here quite a bit during quarantine and they're usually super friendly but this time the woman who took our order was really rude when we asked about using our rewards card on a hot chocolate instead of a coffee. I would have understood if it was normal policy but she didn't have to be so mean about. The coffee is great here and this was the only time we had rude service, they're normally very nice. read more

By far my favorite coffee shop ever. Nothing comes close to the fresh brew taste. Top that off with a great, friendly staff. And what more could you ask for? The all around vibe of the place is bear perfection. Almost makes this coffee shop the Hub of town because of how it's located on the busiest corner of downtown. The only downside I ever found to the coffee shop over the years. Is that there was always a lot of kids in there that would make noise. And act immaturely. But over the past few years they've added plenty of rules. And age restrictions after a certain time. Which has made it a great place for a more mature audience to go an have great coffee in peace. read more

This place is very cool for a small town coffee shop. It's location is right on Main Street with huge windows. Plenty of room for meetings or studying and the quality of coffee is unique. They import from all over the world then roast the beans locally. I know they are known for their chocolates and coffee but if they could add some sort of sandwich or soup for a meal I couldn't help but give the 5 star. read more

This place is a fantastic oasis in an otherwise dreary downtown. We are from out of town and visit every time we make it back into Sturgis to see friends and family. PROS: * Friendly staff * Great coffee (roasted on site) * Better than average atmosphere * Fair pricing on coffee and specialty drinks * Amazing chocolate (get the Great Lakes Mocha if you get a mocha) * Free WiFi CONS: * Temp can be a bit cool. * Lighting from front windows can be a bit harsh. Just passing thru on my #honeymoonroadtrip, needed coffee and Yelp took my husband and I to GLCC. Park behind the building, street parking is annoying. I got a vanilla caramel iced latte and the hubs got a 2 shot cappuccino, total $6. We both agree it's the best coffee since Colorado. Cute, trendy, modern shop, not Starbucks-y or pretentious. This place would be a great working-from-not-the-office location. It's spacious and decorated nicely without being in your face WE'RE A COFFEE SHOP, EVERY DECORATION IS COFFEE THEMED AND THERE'S A CRAP TON OF COFFEE ART ON THE WALLS, COOOOFFFFFEEEEE! I get it when places do it, but it's nice when they don't. The ladies working were friendly, and the prices were pretty reasonable. Oh, and they roast here, in the place. Which I always applaud, even if some places ruin it by not being good at it. They're not incredible at it, but it was enjoyable for sure. This place is so hilarious. It's a beautiful coffee house...great choices and variety...yummy choco desserts and awesome coffee. They've got couches and chairs to lounge on while you surf the web or chat. Nice decorations and ambience. While I wished I had gotten more coffee from my Large Iced Coffee for $3ish bucks...it was tasty. The place does NOT fit in w/ hte rest of ghetto-Sturgis at all. Free Wifi too!!!! It belongs in a place like Naperville or Orland Park, lol. Nice local coffee shop! Pros: Wonderful coffee! They roast their beans on site. They also let you watch the roasting through a window if you're there at the right time, otherwise you can just look at the equipment. They also make their own delicious chocolates. If it's your first time there, you are allowed one free piece of chocolate. Cons: It sits on a busy street. The rest of downtown Sturgis is not fun. The atmosphere is not as nice as other great coffee shops I frequent. Overall: This place has great coffee and chocolate, and it can be a fun hang out. If you're looking for fresh coffee (who else roasts their own beans on site?!?!), I would recommend going here. read more

Very cozy feel. Staff was friendly and service was fast. THEY ROAST THEIR OWN BEANS!!! That equals fresh awesome coffee. House Blend Americana was smooth and delicious. Caramel Moche Breve was sweet and creamy. This is how coffee should be done. There was a small fresh made chocolate section (although it is not made in house) - including: turtles, chocolate covered nuts, caramels and much more. Simply my favorite coffee shop; it has spoiled me for any other. They roast their own beans here, creating a heavenly aroma throughout the downtown area, beckoning you somewhat like the Pied Piper of Hamlin with his flute. The baristas are efficient, friendly and know customers by name. Paul and Jared are the same; a visit hasn't gone by without Paul calling me by name for a howdoyoudo? The atmosphere of the store has a quirky charm, but could use "some" updates, in particular to the floor and seating, especially after visiting the other area stores and seeing the fresh new store interiors. The window views in this shop are great though, and the old downtown building give it a wonderful atmosphere. If they are roasting beans, it's worth a look through the window to the roasting room too! My favorite drinks: Vanilla Caramel Latte (VCL) with an extra shot of espresso, White Chocolate Mocha with a splash of raspberry and two extra shots of espresso and the Caramel Mocha with two extra shots of espresso. My extra shots of espresso would be too much for most people, the the coffee is just so YUM! I love this place... read more
