Every year for the past few years I've gone to the fire fighters chili cook off at Biggs. It's a fun event with donations going to a good cause. Everyone is very friendly and excited for you to taste their chili. I love trying the variety people make and hearing about their family recipes or the reasons they put certain things in it. Over the years people put in peanut butter, chocolate, hot Italian sausage and even soy sauce. It's definitely upped my home chili game playing with ingredients I might not normally try. Inside you can look at all the bikes and merch and they even run specials. The staff is super knowledgeable and they have everything Harley related you might need. The separate departments even participate in making chili too and having their own competition. The raffle is fun, the chili is great, the hot dogs are good and the music is always enjoyable. read more

The customer service here is top notch. I came in for a new helmet and was greeted right away when I walked in. Chris was the person I spoke to. He was extremely helpful and thorough in explaining the differences between all of the helmets and which might work best for me. He took the time to help and wasn't just "trying to make a sale". He wanted me to feel comfortable with my purchase without rushing me and it was refreshing. Not many places take the time to actually help the customer. The showroom was very clean too. Let me start off by taking some responsibility for this given that I should have asked about it and made it a point when buying the bike. I was a dumb 21 year old. With that said I bought a 2016 soft tail deluxe from them and as usual they upsold everything to make the bike sell for way more than it's worth but again I'll take that one, my fault. When I bought the bike there was a chrome Harley Davidson sticker on the rear fender that I noticed but didn't question because I just assumed no dealership would pull some bs like this. I just figured they threw a sticker on it. Well I found out why they did that. There's a massive paint chip underneath that's completely rusted out... so instead of replacing the fender like a reputable dealer they slapped a sticker on it and pulled one over on me. The salesmen no longer works for this dealer or any dealer but this just shows the kind of practices Biggs hd is willing to do to sell a bike that the know needs work without telling you read more

My wife needed to use the restroom and they had no problem with that. I started to look around and Mike, the owner or manager of the place, greeted me and asked if he could help in any way. I let him know my wife and I were looking at buying a motorcycle because we had been thinking about it for a few years. Mike asked more questions to get a feel for what we liked and what we wanted, and he pointed us in the direction of a very nice bike for an affordable price. Quick update on my purchase of my 2022 Road Glide from Biggs! Three years later and after a pre Sturgis inspection by Chad and techs, I enjoyed every mile, 3,200 to and from the 2025 Sturgis Rally! Extreme heat, possibly but not admitting to above average speeds and my 2022 Road Glide was amazing! Thx to Chad and the tech or techs who inspected my Hog and insuring I made it unscathed. Absolutely love Biggs over all of the other dealerships in Southern CA. The atmosphere here is so much more relaxed and they do not believe in high pressure compared to other dealerships. They take much more of a straight forward approach to doing business!. After the purchase of your bike and when you are ready to start installing accessories there is no better expert on upgrades and accessories in the parts department than Danny Powell. He is super cool and more knowledgeable than imaginable. His ability to help you accessorize your bike is awesome and his knowledge of all of the parts and accessories needed is unlimited. Edit: Chad took care of me and we worked a deal out that was fair. That works for me and for him. Word of advice though don't come in a ragey like I did. But give them time to work it out. Also that being said after talking with Chad I hope they get better with the communication. I will give Service one more shot. Original review: Sales and Parts is great and if I had only ever dealt with them I would give Biggs a 5 Star review. But every time I have taken my bike here Ifor service which was 2x it have left something to be desired. There is a severe lack of communication. The initial quote was 1490 in the Text which confirmed I was supposed to get the detail( That was originally forgotten and the still not completed the day I was supposed to pick up my Bike.) You would think that with out the Detail I would have paid somewhere around 1150 to 1250. But they are trying to charge me 1462 30 dollars less then what I was quoted. Does this make sense. I think not. The proof is in the pudding look at my direct texts with Chad. Take your bike down to what used to be El cajon Harley for service every time I have been there it is great and they maintain constant communication. It all started with having my bike serviced many years back at Biggs, with Chad and Robyn as my Service Advisor's you can't go wrong, Amazing knowledge and great to work with, Their follow up is amazing compared to other dealerships. The Service Techs are very skilled and they service / repair my bike the first time, without any accidental damage to my bike. Most recently I noticed a Road Glide 3 in Biggs inventory while visiting the dealership to purchase another extended warranty for my current Road Glide from Dolly in Finance, which I have to say Dolly is amazing, professional and was very helpful, if your looking to purchase an extended warranty I highly recommend contacting Dolly. After purchasing the extended warranty I decided to take a test ride on the R.G. 3, and after discussing the bike with Andrew / Sales Associate he made the process of the test ride easy and with NO pressure, upon returning from the test ride I was very impressed with the R.G. 3 and discussed options with Andrew to see if we could come to an agreement to trade /purchase. What happened next was amazing Andrew worked with Willard / General Manger and Serena / Sales Manager to come up with an agreed trade / purchase prices on both bikes to make a painless smooth purchase transition, which is hard to come by now days. Joshua / Sales Associate is very knowledgable and assisted in going over particular functions of the bike before I rode off. If your considering a new bike or your current one needs a face lift, I highly recommend talking with "Danny Boy" at the parts counter, he built my R.G. 3 for the previous owner and Holly Sh!% did he build it. Had a problem with radio(head unit) turning off while riding. Took to biggs to diagnose problem. Service Mgr told me head unit was gone and I needed a new head unit at a cost of 2600.00 dollars. So I put in upgraded head unit for 1300.00 went out for first ride after installing New plug n play unit it still doing same thing went to biggs to speak with Service manager. He states because I didn't have them put in the head unit he asked what do you want from me. That's not very good customer service. Needless to say if they can't properly diagnose something easy I am sure not taking it back to them again not even for oil change. read more

Updated: Wow, just wow! I can't believe what Biggs did to me! This dealer's slogan: *No added dealer mark-up. *No added dealer set-up. *No Gimmicks, EVER! Biggs tried to trick and scam me, NOT GOOD BIGGS!  They gave me the numbers for the OTD payment for the bike I wanted and the amount I would get for my trade and I was good with it, BOOM DONE DEAL RIGHT, NOT.  My HD application was approved.  However, my monthly payments were higher than expected due to a high APR.  I asked what my APR was but they were silent about it.  So they gave me a number to HD finance department (1-888-691-4337) to call them, but they didn't specify the reason for the call, I'm assuming to talk about the high APR rate I was given.  So, I asked HD finance about why my $15k loan is almost $400 monthly for 72 months...I have Tier 1 credit score of 755!  Of course, they told me they didn't handle rates but were puzzled about the situation so they told me to find another dealer, unbelievable.  They knew something wasn't right!   I called another Harley Davidson dealer to see if they would give me the rates and they quickly told me the rate which is 6.99% for 72 months, why Biggs was so secretive with me?  I still thought we could come up with ANOTHER deal with Biggs so I didn't go with the other dealer. So, I spoke with the finance manager at Biggs and she finally told me that the only way this deal would benefit them was either if they took less for my trade OR I WAS GIVEN A HIGH APR RATE!  I didn't know dealers could manipulate rates!   In the beginning, WE HAD A DEAL! WITH THE ALL THE NUMBERS! BUT THERE WAS A CATCH and they didn't want to tell me at first!  They thought I would just sign the dotted line and ride home with my new Harley. NO DEAL AND NO PURCHASE! I went into Biggs about a month ago with my wife. I met Derik B. who was a low pressure salesman, but very happy to show us and talk about bikes - I had told him that I was not likely to purchase immediately - I actually said 4-6 months out, but he still had a lot of patience with me answering questions, and showing me and my wife different bikes that fit into the range of what I was looking for price-wise and model-wise. I ended up buying a Street Bob over the weekend, and I am very satisfied with the whole experience. I would highly recommend Biggs - they had some fun looking events going on each time I was there, that I plan to start attending now that I'm a Harley owner! I also had a great experience with the woman working at the accessory counter. I needed gloves and a helmet, she helped me find what I was looking for, and I grabbed a Harley backpack as well since I had no way to carry my paperwork, boxes, etc. She asked "are you only buying that because you need to carry your stuff home?" I said yeah, so she gave me a free backpack style bag that I was able to use to get my gear home. I really appreciate that this place does not seem to be always about only making the sale. Because of this, I am likely to return here for other items in the future and I will recommend Biggs to anyone I know who is interested in owning a Harley (several of my neighbors are very interested in my new bike!). read more

This review follows a 12-year boycott of Biggs and deciding I need to give my local dealer another shot at earning my trust/business. In summary they succeeded but not without a minor blip, and yes, I will be back. Made an appt for an inspection and was surprised at what seems to be shortened hours. Appointment was on Wednesday, told I couldn't drop off Tues evening (Wed am was really inconvenient for me). Text reminders said Tuesday was ok, so I called, talked to Justin, and man was he the bomb! Made arrangements to drop the bike off Tuesday evening, validated all of my contact info and left feeling really appreciative. How long does an inspection take, right? I called on Thursday and was told they needed to validate my phone number as there was a problem contacting me. We validated the number to be correct (and parts called the previous day). You can make your own assumptions on what happened. New battery took all day and Justin (yay) called to let me know it was done and ready to be picked up. Picked up the bike on Friday from Justin and again, really appreciated his attitude and customer service. All good, thank you. read more

During our ride on March 3rd we experiened rain, that's when we spotted the Bigg's Harley store off of the 78 freeway. Perfect spot to rest, grab a cup of hot coffee and relax. While looking around and shopping we met with Vicky who helped my husband with a new pair of boots and I found my Bigg's pink harley baseball cap, my poker chip ( to comemorate my 1st independent freeway ride ) plus a little pink onsie for our granddaighter due in May. Thank you Vicky for your wonderful customer service! You made us feel welcome :) After doing some shopping Vicky called Josh over to give us a shop tour. Josh showed us around the showroom and then the backroom. We had such a wonderful experience we knew we would be back! 2 weeks later we revisited to say Hi to Josh and Vicky, sip coffee and again work with Josh.
