I recently bought a 2024 Harley Breakout from Biggs Harley-Davidson. Derik, my salesman, was super cool, easy to deal with, and we made a deal that both parties were content with. He patiently went over the bike details with me when I came to pick up. Dolly, in fanancing, offered reasonable terms for the extended warranty, and working out a final price for the bike. The reason I chose Biggs over other HD dealers is that they don't play games with fees. They're straight shooters! A lot of dealers try to tack on additional fees like: set up, insurance, etc. Thus, I saved a couple of grand. As a nice gesture, they throw in a free t-shirt with the bike. I'm from out of the area, but flew down there, picked up my bike and had a little adventure riding her back home. Purchased a used Ultra classic and the battery was replaced in August '21 by previous owner. After spending over $2200 with Biggs, they will not replace the battery under warranty due to not being the original owner who bought it. I had a great experience buying my 2018 Softail Deluxe from Biggs, and my salesperson, Andrew Banks. This was all done over the internet as I live in the San Francisco Bay area. Andrew was so helpful, conscientious and professional. He always took my calls and addressed my concerns. He even did a video of the parts of the bike I was concerned about, so that I could see them up close. We eventually made a deal, and arranged to have the bike shipped to me by HaulBikes, who is a great resource. Andrew "held my hand" every step of the way. It was a very smooth transaction. Before shipping it, I added new grips, exhaust, and mirrors in the parts/service department. This went very smoothly also. Great people there! Mike, the Sales Manager, was also very attentive and helpful in closing the deal and paperwork. HaulBikes dropped the bike at my office two weeks later. He put me on bikes that would fit me. That I could ride comfortably and be happy with. I first got on a bike years ago and learned from a man I found off Craigslist named Wolfgang. I was young and dumb. I then went to a class got my M1 and 5 years later still didn't have a bike. My husband woke up yesterday and said, I want to get you a bike. The next day we went to two shops and ended up at Harley Davidson and we were window shopping. 1. I wasn't going to buy a bike 2. I wasn't confident to ride to spend money on a bike 3. Kept getting the run around on credit and told to come in to talk because of "market adjustment fee" & limited availability. Not Derik, messaged him and told him where I was credit wise and what I wanted. Got the special financing and that's that. Bike was bought over text. I spent more time in the little back room then speaking to him. No 4 square bs, no closer trying to intimidate or persuade, no up-sale pressure, nothing just a good deal and financing. No other dealership came close to their price and APR when plugged into a finance calculator. I did buy the EPS last minute and think I might of overpaid, but it is what it is. I purchased a new Street Glide in 2014, and had a great experience. Fast forward to 2020, and it was time to grab a black 2020 Road Glide Special. I live in Riverside County, and have not had the greatest experience with the HD dealers in my area, so I figured I'd give Biggs another chance. I called the business and spoke with John. I told him exactly what I wanted, what I was willing to pay, and assuming he could get the deal done, would drive all the way down to Biggs and pick up the bike. John came through (much less than I expected to pay), and I drove down that same night. The entire deal was essentially done via phone, and when I arrived at Biggs, I simply signed paperwork. By far, one of the easiest deals I've made. Highly recommend, and ask for John (Surfer). read more
