He also refined the underside of the tip so my oval nails could stay full and feminine without looking thick or bulky. The shape and balance are beautiful from every angle. I'm very particular about my nails and I know exactly what I like, so I really appreciate a nail tech who can explain what he's doing and why. K clearly understands the technical side of his craft, and it shows in his work. He does an amazing job. The spa also provides great service. They have a good system in place that even when it's packed, they manage appointments and walk-ins seamlessly.

I stopped by the shop to ask if they were able to do a specific nail design which included different patterns and 3D art. I provided a picture this design and was told they would be able to replicate the look at a cost of $85. Initially, I left the shop to check pricing at a couple of other nail shops but I was told they would not be able to replicate the design. I went back to elite nails where we were given great service until my daughter said she felt the nail art was not up to par. Mind you, I was getting a pedicure while the male nail tech was doing my daughter's nails. Once I finished I walked over to look at her nails. I told the male nail tech the nails were a bit long and wide. He told me the nails had to be that way in order to complete the design. I don't do nails, so I thought the design would come together as he got closer to finishing. My daughter whispered to me asking if I thought the design looked like the example provided. I didn't think it looked the same so I told my daughter to tell the male nail tech what she thought should be fixed. Apparently, he was not able to make adjustments because he began grinding the design off. This is when the female nail tech came over to stand beside the male nail tech. I told both of them I realized they were closed and asked if we could come back to finish the redo the next day. It was at this moment when the female nail tech looked at my daughter and yelled, "why did you wait til the last minute to tell him you didn't like the nails." I was shocked!! My initiate reaction was to tell her, "Do not yell at my daughter. She's 13 years old and was apprehensive in telling a grown man she didn't like the nails." The female nail tech looked directly at my daughter again and yelled, "well this is your 13 years old lesson to say you don't like the nails." I was literally sitting right next to my daughter as this nasty, vile woman speaks to my daughter in such a terrible manner!! I told the nasty woman, "You don't speak to my child that way. If you have something to say you say it to me!!! I'm her mother and she is a CHILD!!" That woman's behavior was deplorable!!! I have worked in customer service since I had my first job at 15 years old. I take customer service very seriously. I would NEVER treat a customer that way, especially a CHILD!! I wouldn't allow my daughter to speak to a service person in such a vile manner, and I expect the same respect from a grown woman. It's obvious that woman lacks customer service skills and self control. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR, MAAM!!

How was I to know that their website will allow you to book with the wrong person. That is their error, not mine. There was no apology made and I was told that I can wait until 3:45 PM ( a full hour for another manicurist to be available). I told the young lady that was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. She agreed it was unprofessional and that Kendra should have made her aware of my appointment , but she just left for the day, not even mentioning it. I was sitting there dumbfounded. Also, no concessions were made. Again, not even an apology or an alternative. I just left in frustration. I unfortunately wasted an hour of my day driving there for no reason. Do not go to this place of business as they are inconsiderate and horribly run.

My guy Huy recently moved out of state so I'm sad but my girls Christy and Tessa are still there. I love Christy for my pedis and Tessa for my manis. Tracy is awesome too. I don't go to anyone else. Those are the only 3. They have the spa pedis. $20-$30 and based on which level you get, you can get wax and hot rocks. I normally do level 2 which is $25 and has the paraffin wax. And ladies that makes your feet amazing soft. (It's a little hot though). The manis come with regular polish or shellac. They really push the shellac. And I am a lazy fool and always go with it. It's more $$ but I love how it is dry immediately. And they have some great colors. And if you like your polish to match, they always the to find one of their regular polishes to match. They do acrylic nails and gel nails but I don't wear fake nails so I never pay attention. They also do eyebrow waxing and I think eyelashes. Tracy does my eyebrows but bc my skin is so sensitive, she only tweezes and cuts. I love them. They are worth the drive and the money. I get so many complements on my nails and the colors.
