do not come here Walked in, asked for pink and white dipping powder. sat down and was urged to get acrylics 3 times. she pulls the plastic nails out still. proceeds to do a french tip on my pointer i was very confused as I kept saying what i wanted. Vivian did amazing job on my pedicure. They look so clean and did great on my overlay nail shape for my big toes. However, the gentleman who did my full set manicure was not great. He seemed bothered that I had to correct him. Usually they always ask " is this a good length, is this a good shape etc " and he failed to achieve this which delayed him and we had to start all over with the length of the nails I desired to achieve. He didn't make me feel welcomed almost like he was bothered to do my nails. The length of the nails aren't the same as the rest. Some are longer and some are shorter. Mind you, this is a service that we as customers pay for, it's a luxury to get nails done and he failed to make me feel welcomed for my first time being here. read more

I've came here a few times but this visit just solidified my life time allegiance I WALKED IN asking the girl at the front desk (don't remember your name but THANK YOU AGAIN!!!) if she could tell me who did a set that was recently posted on their instagram page. I showed her the set and she locked me in to get a refill in the next hour. *yes I'm gatekeeping the nail artist because I don't need him unavailable when I'm ready to get my next set sorry But y'all. I love this place i go every time for nails and toes but today disappointed me. The lady named Stephanie was rude from the start didn't say "hi, how are you u doing" she left to get the pedicure stuff and left the water running i decided to put it in it was extremely hot so i took it out and when she came back i told her "hey the water is very hot" she responded "i know" and she added cold water. While scrubbing my feet with the exfoliation scrub she was really rough and when she asked me to put my feet in the water it was still extremely hot so i had to tell her again and she added cold water..i never complain about anything when i go to places not even if there is mustard in my burger so i was scared to say anything but when she started adding the acrylic to my toes it wasn't looking good at all so i had to speak out i told her I'm sorry not to be rude but I'm not happy how its turning out can i get a manager or get someone new to finish. she gave me an attitude and said she could finish i said no i want someone knew to finish not even a sorry or anything. Its sad because i actually love this place and the manager was sweet but when i was checking out she ignored me not even a "how was ur service " very disappointed i wanted to come and relax and get my toes done but the whole time i was in pain from either the drill cutting my skin or the scrubbing...They definitely need better communication and customer service and i always noticed some of the workers don't even ask if i want deep french or regular which deep French is 15$ more i always have to ask... and as someone who come regularly it feels like u guys don't care about customers only getting the work done. I told the young lady at the front that I had broken two of my natural nails after I spent a good while growing them out. I told her I wanted to keep as much length as I could, regardless of the two short nails and that I would not be doing shellac, just regular french tips. I was seated instantly which was great, with a woman named Kim. She was really nice at first and then she complimented my nails because they looked fake but were my natural nail and I showed her exactly the length I was comfortable with. She ended up cutting all my nails one length, short, and when I was flustered and looking at my nails she said she did it so they would be even and they'd grow out. I was going to a wedding that weekend and had spent AWHILE caring of my nails to get that length. I was honestly upset but I tried to keep it positive. When she started to remove the shellac she took out the drill and I asked if it was possible to not use the drill and just file since I was worried about thinning my nails too much and she huffed and said , "They didn't tell me you were so picky." She used the drill and some kind if polish removing thing and at that point I was pretty much annoyed, but stayed polite and tried to joke around it. When I said I wouldn't get shellac she sighed at me and said she would have to charge me a extra $5 for the removal and that they wouldn't charge for removal if I got a shellac manicure. I said I'll pay it and she said well your nails wont last for the wedding but I insisted. She was IMMEDIATELY annoyed with me very obviously and said she couldn't do a massage or hot towels or anything since my nails would be wet, which is fine but was just another push for me to get shellac. I really really hate to leave a bad review and I have been saying I wouldn't but I just took off the french polish and saw my shellac from my previous polish was still on my nails after I had to pay an extra $5 to remove. I am extremely dissatisfied because at the end of the day I was willing to put up with ALLLL of that as long as my nails were clean after the wedding and I still have bits of blue polish around my nails. I am so disappointed. And to be perfectly clear, I got the french tip nails done on March 4th. read more

Had brunch on a Monday at Batters and Brunch and our waitress Elle who by the way is amazing said that Apple Nails was very good. So we went. Both my husband and I really enjoyed it. I didn't have my glasses on and thought the price for a basic pedicure was $20 but apparently it was $35. No biggie my fault for not putting my glasses on. Great pedicure and loved the leg massage.
