The PLUS is that the removal was a very low pain level compared to what I'm used to. And know that it has been 2 months since my last wax. She actually got all of it done in less strips too. The nail tech told me to come in and and instead of repairing the two nails - she redid the manicure color on both hands. I was very happy the salon rectified the situation and was proactive in ensuring to calling me back and getting me fit in. Their customer service was excellent regarding the situation.
