I paid for a full set up, and when I went to…read morepick it up it was wrong (missing name tag, which I paid for, and my oak leaves were messed up). They offered to fix it. I came back a few days later. They got the name tag fixed but some of the oak leaves were pretty jacked up in their placement. The guy tried to fix it on the spot but it looked pretty terrible. I didn't have time to keep doing this so I just paid and will do it myself. I would not waste your time or money with this service. Commandos is way better with everything else anyway. I just wish they offered set up services.

I quickly looked on Amazon(via phone) listed for $150 and I asked if she would honor their price she said ,"No, and anything cheaper online is usually fake". I disagreed and reluctantly purchased the boots at 165. Got them home, husband tried them on, while removing his foot a price sticker came out of the boot, the sticker states $150. We return the boots and ask for the price to match the price tag which came from the boot. The clerk(a different clerk, other girl off) refused, my husband pulls up patriotoutfitters website, this store's website, the boots are $150, not $165 and the clerk refuses to honor the price (from her company and we have a PRICE TAG from the item) She just talks in circles, giving the same excuses over and over. We lost $15 and learned to steer clear of Patriot Outfitters! I hope this review helps others. Everything in this store is OVERPRICED!!! I found a riggers belt online and shipped for $20; at this store it was $47 plus tax (it would have been $51.70). I'm sure it's not the clerks fault, they are doing what they are trained to do, but the company is who is to blame here. Retailers taking advantage of working people. When we contacted Patriot Outfitters they gave us the exact reasonings, circles, and excuses the sales clerk gave us. This is another company taking advantage of the military. This company knows our soldiers have to have certain regulated items and they take advantage of this by inflating prices. Many soldiers don't have time or a spouse to help them get items they need in the time needed. So they have to come here, this company knows this and raises the prices and takes advantage, especially of the young soldier. Which, the sales lady did tell me the things online are fraud, if that's the case, then are the things at Patriot Outfitters fraudulent? The building is so nondescript you'd probably pass it by and not think twice. However, if you're looking for older items that the previous two surplus stores don't carry anymore, and that's including their discount shop, this is the place. The guys who work here are obviously military devotees, since they are former military themselves. Military history books abound and old uniforms are around from the recent ACU stuff to WWII era dress uniforms and mess kits. My classmate came here because he knew they'd have rank for the BDUs (the old service uniform that is slowly being phased out) and sure enough they did. Cheap too, he got a big pile of rank for two bucks. I was also looking for an older piece of equipment that was hard to find. I went to RJ's and Commando and I only found it at one place. I found plenty of them here for cheaper. Hard to find service items or vintage era patches and memorabilia seems to be the specialty. I think I might buy an ammo can here, just for fun.

He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He is friends with RIs and knows all the ins and outs of the packing list. They have almost everything on the packing list, minus ACUs. The store is small, but is laid out according to the Ranger school packing list making it easy to navigate. Customer service is this store's middle name. Don't run all over town looking for packing list items when you can come here and be done in one afternoon.
