His depth of knowledge on bikes was impressive and even with over a dozen question he was able to answer them all without making me feel stupid or like he had something better to do. I'd like to have someone reach out to him from Aventon to acknowledge how his time, experience and knowledge helped me decide on going with the Adventure 2 platform . There are so many e-bikes out there and having Josh help me weed through the tall grass was awesome. He clearly knows his subject and had several on hand and had one put together that day for me to look over. Had I had the finances at this time I would have rode away with one sweet ride. The bike/hiking trail was fairly flat, beautiful and shaded by trees and we made the 5 mile trip to the boat landing in no time. Ted showed up and helped up into the kayaks, gave some more instructions and we were off again! The Potomac was really calm and we took our time paddling back. It was a beautiful and peaceful trip back. Ted met us at the landing and drove us the two blocks back to the shop. Ted was super helpful, the trip was great. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an easy going and beautiful trip!

The next day we took a trip into town to the best bike shop in Carlisle PA, maybe America. It's COLES BIKE REPAIR Shop. It has been a family business for many decades. It wasn't too promising that they would have what we needed, but low and behold they had everything we needed to get our bikes back on the road. Karen and Kevin siblings (our guardian angels on earth) that were raised in the shop were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They gave us some advice on what we needed and prices were extremely reasonable and fair. The silver lining of our trip. Shout out to the SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS OF AMERICA, don't think we would've gotten the service and advice we needed from the box stores.
