NOW I see that she has edited her juvenile response calling me a liar to something more professional... after she messaged me to call me a troll. I left an honest review. She doesn't like it. She needs to grow up and act like she pretends that she does in her edited response to my review. Now I not only don't think much of her business, I question her as a person. Since you edited what you posted publicly, I'll just start sharing your private messages if you keep this nonsense up. Accept that you screwed up. Try doing so with grace. Success with acupuncture as with any service is about connection. I reached out to several acupuncturist in both Temple and Killeen. I ignored the negative review about Josie since the reviewer had never actually used her services. When I first spoke with Josie and told her my diagnoses, her first response was that I shouldn't be married to the diagnosis of Lupus or anything else with which I had been afflicted. I knew then that she was the best "fit" for me. Anyone with a chronic illness understands how touching this comment could be: a life without Lupus (or at least flare-ups) would change my life. She wasn't promising that acupuncture would cure me completely, but she was suggesting that if I open my mind to making lifestyle changes in addition to acupuncture I could make good progress. Josie a kind spirit and incredibly smart. Her clinic is warm and relaxing and is what I would describe where southern charm meets Chinese Medicine. She is not only well versed in acupuncture but Chinese Medicine overall. Her approach to using holistic medicine is useful because she also understands the benefits of Western medicine as well. I am happy to be working with her and look forward to getting stronger physically and emotionally. I have been under chiropractic care since I flipped a car at 16y/o. I sought Dr Jones after…read morevisiting another clinic that had a nurse adjust me. His office has ALWAYS been great about getting me in quickly. Yesterday I went in with a couple of areas that needed attention. I did not tell him about a low dull headache I have had for months, however. As he was assessing me he immediately noticed an area in my neck that needed adjusted before he could address the other areas. On the way home I noticed my headache was GONE! For the first time in months I was pain free! I thank God for Dr Jones and the insight, skill and training he had to relieve my pain. This is not the first time he has helped me either! He, and his staff, are wonderful and I recommend them highly!
