After calling three numbers, this was the first to answer the phone. So I thought I had a winner. Boy was I wrong. I gave an employee (I forget her name, but it was a woman) all the info necessary. She said she'd get back to me that same day, or at the latest, the following day. Three days later, I had to call her. This made it pretty obvious the company didn't want my business or my money. She said she "couldn't find a market" for what I needed. Okay, what does that actually mean? "It means there is no market," according to her. This explained literally nothing. I legit had to use Google to figure out what that meant in plain English and how to proceed from there, because she clearly wasn't interested in helping me. I then called the insurance company directly, and thirty minutes later, had a policy effective that same day. So clearly this agency didn't work very hard to "find a market" for me. Funny how I could find one with one singular phone call, but someone with access to all companies out there couldn't find anything. Which is sad. I tried to help support local by going through an agent, but it just didn't work. Customer service and insurance agents working for you are a dying breed, and clearly that concept really is dead here. Would I return here? Absolutely not. In fact, if I need insurance companies again in the future, I'm returning to this review just to make sure I don't waste my time with this agent ever again. It's disgusting when companies make it hard to support local.

No one in the office could direct me as to what specifically needed to be done. There are a lot of other insurance options. Hopefully this agency's business practices will put them out of business. I recommend avoiding this office unless you also want to find out the hard way like I did about their poor customer "service".

Every time we went in Josh was never in the office. We also noticed a high turnover rate so we didn't feel like we could build a relationship with the staff. Additionally, his staff in the past and currently have been extremely rude and dismissive on top of lacking a level of expertise that we would hope to receive after being with an office for over 6 years. insurance is complicated and agents need to be prepared to handle lengthy and complex conversations, none of the present staff have shown us they can do that. We are so sad that we have to write this review but we have had such bad experiences in this office that no one should have to deal with.

He said all transfers had to be initiated by me and through my agent. He said he would not even take me as a client unless I sat down and spoke to my agent. I told him that was good and that I intended to speak with my agent and that I had a lot to think about. Before I even got home he had written my agent, told her I wanted to transfer to his office, and asked her to initiate the transfer. I had an email from State Farm 5 minutes after I left his office saying I had requested to switch agents. At no point did I tell him I wanted to or was ready to switch to his office. Starting out with multiple lies and being deceived did not sit well with me. I had to spend the next three hours reversing the transfer that I never authorized, never initiated, and never asked him to speak on my behalf. Such a huge waste of everyone's time and energy.

This year I found out that i had only personnel bodily and property damage overage. 1000 a year.. no vehicle, no comprehensive or collision or replacement. I emailed Tony about this. He called me and He said he would get back to me later about this issue. He had to look over the phone conversation. Also he said he would that day get back to me with a quote. That was Monday 03/16/25.. Not a word. Not even an email. With the no collision or comprehensive, When someone asks for full coverage, Tony said that doesn't mean collision and Comprehension is added. I am an average Joe. I do not know the insurance industry. I hire people to help me guide me thru it. Like any service business. One is hired to help make decisions, with one's many years of experience. I am in the service industry and I believe people hire me for more than just fixing there stuff. Is it worth fixing or replacing, I pay cash for my truck. I saved a few years for it. If I would have gotten into a wreck. I would have lost 50k.. I told that to tony. His answer, well we had a guy that bought a new truck and he only want property and body coverage. All I could think is that this guy had more money than sense. I DO NOT HAVE MORE MONEY. I am completely disappointed with this agency. I thank God I did not wreck it. Thank you Jesus.
