Initially, we had a very good experience with PDX Pest. Matt came out and placed traps and bait…read moreboxes for mice, as well as advised us on how they might be getting in, and was friendly and personable. He asked me to let him know when the traps caught anything, and said he would return the next week. I kept him informed each time the traps killed a mouse, and he returned, set out some new traps, and checked the bait boxes. He informed me that he would return the next week to check on things. Multiple times, their office called to schedule when he would come out and I would tell them Tuesday, because that is when there is someone home. Multiple times he did not come on Tuesday, and when I asked if he was still coming he said he would come on Thursday. This can be very frustrating when someone takes off work in order to be home, and after the office specifically asked us what day worked for us, but ok. Well, this most recent time when he didn't come Tuesday and said he would come on Thursday, he never came and did not reach out to us. I let him know another mouse was killed and received no reply. It seems we have been ghosted, and I have no idea why.
