    Don't trust the website and don't trust these people. I saw a car on their website, called to…read moreconfirm it was available at 11am, arrived by 1pm, they said they just sold it. I'm trying to buy a car so I start looking around and they have a nice Tucson in my price rage but it's "sold" and the man tells me it has engine issues. Ok. So I look at a couple more cars, all of these I look at have stuff broken on them, missing hood latch, sensors are messed up, cracked windows, I'm like ok fine no big deal I'll come back another time. The lady comes to me and says hold on the Tucson is not sold... oh and he was just lying about the engine problems so I wouldn't want it...... ok. So I check it out. Glass is broken and door sensors are broken and the check engine light is on obviously, he they're all just saying whatever. Everyone is swearing the car is fine, but obviously it's not. So I go back to the office to wait on my ride. The lady tells me there's a car place up the street with good cars I should check out. I haul myself, my 9mo old and my heavy car seat all the way down this super busy street and the place she sent me to was all huge work trucks and way out of my price range ... not at all what I was looking for. She obviously just wanted me gone. So I walk back over cause my ride is still coming and I wait out front in the rain with my baby and my car seat. I guess they got upset seeing me out there cause they closed all the blinds on the side of the building I was standing on. Anyways, these cars are auction cars that they are just cleaning and reselling, they don't even fix anything, they're rude and they lie. If that's what you're into then this is the place for you.

    Initially I had given them a 2 star review. After having to deal with them a second time, it's just…read more1. Edited from 2 stars to 1: went back up there to get my plates and was mean mugged by the finance guy who had dealt with me initially. No friendly greetings like "hey, how are you liking the truck?" From anyone. Crickets and rude faces. Asked about the app since I still can't access it weeks later and was told they could help me but I don't have SOS feature, so I don't need the app. I do have it though... and I said that, then I was told I could just set it up myself by scanning a code. Please, yes, anything to get me out of there. First review: I bought my truck there because it was the only one I could find like it. I even considered going to North Carolina for a similar one because the people I dealt with on my test drive were so difficult. They accused me of attempting a straw purchase before even receiving all of my information! I ended up going back because I really liked the truck. The one guy Don was really nice and helpful, but that isn't even his department. I'm not sure why I kept being passed around. My initial salesman quit or got fired- not sure. Finance guy couldn't get me out of there fast enough and acted like I was to blame for the bad weather that day. If you want to feel welcome, don't go here. I was treated like an inconvenience. I still have yet to receive a welcome packet or follow up other than a letter about how they're reporting my cash to the IRS because my down payment was over $10k. The callback number on the letter says 999-999-9999. That's as clear as anything else I've gotten from them. Even my log-in on the Nissan app wasn't set up properly, and I'm trying to fix that because I can't access it to see the information I need. I'll be spending the rest of my day trying to figure out how to pay my monthly payment or when my plates may come in.
