DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PREMIER JEEP RAM TROY DEALERSHIP!…read more I requested information on a 2023 Murano that this dealership was advertising on their company website and Autotrader.com with a price of $23,700 to be told it was listed incorrectly and it was actually $29,997! We negotiated on a fair price with the trade in so I decided to drive 45 minutes to Troy to buy the car. Once I saw the car in person, it had some interior damage that was not mentioned until I got to the dealership. They agreed to replace all that was damaged interior parts, that would take about 2 weeks, so we proceeded in agreement to these terms with the negotiated deal. They drove my 2018 Murano and accepted the trade in and I paid the remainder in cash for the 2023 Murano. The very next day, the dealership called and said they are not going to accept the trade in and to return the 2023 Murano. They claimed my trade in had a blown motor, which it definitely did not. I agreed to terminate the previously negotiated and agreed on deal and trade vehicles back. This was the last thing I needed to confirm my already uneasy feeling due to the entire deal being misleading from the very start. I was told they would not be able to provide my money back and would have to send me the money in a few days. I told them once they had the money in hand, I would bring the vehicle back. This took a full week of me calling with NO response other than, "we do not have the money yet" to get the money in hand. Once they finally said they had the check to give me back, we drove to Troy to find out they had the check for half of the amount to which the other half would be credited to my bank account by my debt card. While trying to process the refund to my debit card, they told me that MY bank had a hold on my account for the credit to go through. After driving to my bank and talking to a manager, it was actually their bank that could not refund that amount due to them not having made that big of a deposit that day. Since we were already at the dealership and had returned the car, I told them to just overnight me a check for the amount that was still owed to me. I should have received it on the very next day but of course I did not. I did finally get the remainder of my money 10 days after I actually purchased the vehicle from them. The whole ordeal with this dealership was ridiculous but the woman in the finance department named Marlina Welch was the most unpleasant person to deal with. Not only was she incompetent but she was extremely rude to myself and my daughter, who was purchasing the vehicle as well. Oh and we got a part on my 2018 Murano fixed that happened to be a clogged valve that cost $30. It was not a blown motor! This dealership is horrible and their service department obviously runs the same as the sales side. I would not step foot into this dealership ever again.

I do not recommend this dealer at all. Our credit was run 5 times without our approval. They added…read morefees for a "tracking device", extended warranty and GAP. This is highly unethical especially when you're an out of state buyer. I asked for the buyers order 10 times at least, and they did not provide one until they ran our credit 5 times! They were going to shop the truck and have us sign paperwork without telling us they included about $8,000 worth of add-ons we didn't ask for. Steve is by far the worst finance employee I've run across, he should be unemployed. He tried multiple times to force the added warranties once I caught the hidden fees. The last straw was the odometer disclosure, the mileage they reported was less than the actual odometer and Carfax report. When I asked to correct this, Ryan said the deal will fall apart..! Do these guys think they're the only dealer in North America? I'd rather pay double and feel comfortable with my purchase, at every turn there was a shady outcome with this dealer. I would never buy from these scum bags, and I will share my experience with the forums.
