They replaced a Light Truck (LT) tire with a regular one and now my 3/4 ton truck has one tire that is NOT a load range E tire. That new tire can only support 1700 lbs instead of 2700 lbs. I would like to believe the technicians know what load range means at a professional tire shop. So disappointed and done with Jim Whaley tire in Enterprise. DO NOT GO HERE. I took my car to get my AC compressor replaced and was called an hour later saying…read moremy valve gasket and belts needed to be replaced because the valve gasket was leaking oil onto my original AC compressor. I went ahead and did that come to find out they left a bracket off that was hanging and hitting the new AC compressor and was told that my valve cover had a small crack on the top but it didn't go all the way through. Turns out that was a lie because the valve cover is now leaking oil to replace the AC compressor the valve gasket and one belt they charged me $780. I WOULD NEVER TAKE ANY VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REASON. i wouldn't even trust these people to clean my car. ridiculous that they also wouldn't fix their fuck up.

I called Jim Whaley Tires and took it 5 miles, limping down the side of the road to them and ended up with 4 new trailer tires and on the road in 3 hours!! THANK YOU JIM WHALEY TIRES!!!!
