Went in the store in Sumiton but they didn't have it in stock. Ordered it for me and it was delivered overnight. Went back and bought it and the man who rang up the sale installed it for me. Very nice staff.

Being from out of town, David Mallette and Shannon Parker helped me do most of the negotiation via email and telephone. They gave me a very fair deal; and (without my requesting), they ran it through maintenance one last time after purchase for a final vehicle check, fresh bath, and full tank of fuel. I am 77 years old, and I have purchased a lot of used vehicles during those years; David and Shannon made this purchase a great experience. They told them they should have had a mechanic look at it before they bought it. I guess Ford dealers don't have mechanics. Then they said if they agreed to buy a warranty for 2 years for $200 a month they would see about fixing the car. They took the car to the shop, which sat there for 8 weeks. They kept saying the inspector had to look at it. Do you want to know what happens to a little family with no car in 2 months? They lost their jobs, lost their credit, and were homeless. They lost everything they owned. Did Bill Penny Ford care about this? No, they did not. They offered them a buyback for half of what they paid for it and applied that to the loan. So now they have a big chunk of debt with nothing to show for it. These deadbeats will fix it up and resell it to someone else. Shame on them and shame on Ford.

A female friend went in today, 17 Nov '18 about 745 AM to potentially get a new battery for her…read moretruck. She asked the counter person to check her battery. He asked what her truck was doing and she said it was slow to turn over and might start if you tried to start it after about 10 min. This was a large fellow with a black beard. He told her it was not her battery and might be a fuel pump. He wouldn't even check her battery, just left her standing. I have to add that was very early and very cold out. Of course she was intimidated and just left. Very poor treatment of a lone female.
