AnyWho, ONE call to this company and they gave me an ETA of 30 minutes and they were there in 28. The customer service was great, very accommodating, huge truck, which let me sit in the back very comfortably. They got me to my destination and "thanked me for my business " before I could "thank them for their service..." Reached out to get a tow & was given a very good price. Was told truck would be there in one…read morehour... One hour was actually almost FOUR. I requested a picture of the vehicle at the drop off location before making payment. I finally received that picture TWO hours later (35 minutes between PU & DO Locations). My phone is BLOWN up for the next 10 minutes saying if I do not make my payment they will hold my vehicle and return after payment is made with an additional charge... I totally things happen and get delayed, no problem. All I ask is that it be communicated to the client... Then to bombard me with text messages and phone calls because the payment hasn't been made within 10 minutes of Proof of Delivery (Almost 4 hours after the time it should've been...). Unfortunately as good as a price as they offer, customer service skills are far too poor to use again
