Oh my bad... they will reimburse you at $30 a day after repairs are finished. Hmmm... it will cost me about $50 a day to commute to work and back. Another company on the list of potentials from the Realtor was taking a longer time to quote. When a family member recommended Brightway for their service, I gave them a call. The problems began after agreeing to the quote. In the process of signing the documents, I discovered the policy had stipulations that conflicted with what I asked for. I let the agent know I was only getting the policy to close the purchase and expected to make a change. When it was time to requote, the agent sent significantly disparate quotes that 1) did not reflect information I had specifically provided and 2) again had stipulations that didn't mirror how I wanted to use the property. When I questioned the agent, she indicated the insurance company "wouldn't know if I didn't tell them." Seriously? Isn't that fraud? I just could not engage further under these circumstances.
