Mr. Moloney always goes above and beyond - he researches not only the best rates but the strongest insurance company to use as well. Think about it, you always want to save money, but what if the insurance company you're going with doesn't have much money in the bank? Then if there's a disaster you may never see your money. No one had ever explained it to me before Mr. Moloney. I sent him an email on a Saturday afternoon with a question and he responded within an hour - something that was very unexpected to me as I was sure he would respond to me the following Monday. Horrible company. A mortgage broker referred me to them for homeowners insurance. They called in…read morethe afternoon while I was at work (I work 3pm-11pm) and I could not answer the phone. The next morning they called again, I answered because I was not at work, at the arrogant rep was pissed and asked why I didn't call him back. I told him I worked until 11pm last night and he is calling me now-the next morning. He then asked a question regarding wind mitigation that my real estate agent was already working on, I told him I would let him know once I hear back from my agent, and he responded, "I'll do you a favor and work on it myself". Do me a favor? I never called this guy nor do I even know who he is. Horrible. Don't waste your time with these guys!
