She knows all aspects of health insurance frontwards and backwards. She is an expert in her field. I mean an EXPERT! A couple of years ago I went on Medicare. Signing up for and choosing a supplemental could not have been easier, or dare I say, fun! Christine takes her time to explain each option. There is absolutely no pressure to choose a certain plan, and they do not receive any kind of commission. I have been happy with my coverage as a result and it's great to have a decent understanding of it - all because of Christine. I am unsure why others do not take advantage of this free service. The renewal is for 4/27/24 and I have been reaching out to cancel since March. He does not return calls is waiting for the renewal to go thru so he gets paid. Corporate said their hands are tied since he has to do the cancellation. I have Allstate for my Home and Auto but My agent is in Eugene because in the last 32 years I have owned my home, Grants Pass has not provided decent customer service so I had to switch to an office that actually works for their clients. As a Real Estate person, Part of my job is assisting my buyers to get home owner's insurance for their new home. I will be removing Ken from my preferred vendor email I send to all my potential buyer's. I don't want then to endure the treatment I have had to deal with. Now, due to their "don't care attitude" I am in collections for the first time in 60 years AND me, my husband and my dad got cancelled and due to lapse in coverage, cannot find insurance! I DO NOT RECOMMEND it. I could go into more detail but it would be long. Suffice to say THEY DO NOT LISTEN AND NO FOLLIW THROUGH. My dad is 83 years old with dementia and they had specific instructions which they ignored, now 3 of us have to pay the price from here on.

The process for this is long and a little complicated (to me, at least), with lots of moving parts, and I got stuck dead in the water on getting insurance for alcohol service. I sent emails and made phone calls to MANY companies - some said they didn't carry this type of policy, others didn't even return my calls or emails. Finally the day before the deadline which would cost me all the time, money and effort I'd put into this licensing process, I contacted the Hart Insurance office in Grants Pass, Oregon and they immediately responded. Within about an hour they found me a policy, got it approved and got me proof of insurance. I sent that in and then was told I needed another type of form proving the insurance. I sent an email to Hart Insurance this morning and had that form within just minutes. Without all their help, I wouldn't get this license, I'd have to start over and pay more fees that I can't afford, and lose more of my scant supply of marbles. Thank you so much to the employees of Hart who made this happen for me and gave me great service, Don Watson and Nick Barlow.
