So happy to have found Jordan to recover our pool table. He was very easy to communicate with via phone or text and responded quickly. His schedule was flexible and even accommodated me by working my appointment into a different day when I had something come up on our original appointment date. He is very knowledgeable and educated me on all kinds of things regarding our pool table, its condition and the quality of the parts. He even discouraged us from replacing our yellowed billiard balls. We were so ready to get rid of them until he told us they were of very good quality and could easily be cleaned. An area of the felt around the pocket needed to be secured again the day after the installation. He came by the house and made it perfect again in less than 15 minutes! That same visit he also brought me some brushes to keep to brush the the cloth (I chose black cloth) which was very nice of him. At first, we had looked at buying a pool table from an estate sale and paying Jordan to move, set up, and install. We quickly realized that it would be much better to buy a table from him as he guarantees all of his work and his prices include setup, installation, and new bumpers. I bought an 8ft. used table from Jordan in April of 2013. The table is in EXCELLENT condition. All my friends think it's a new table. Jordan and his brother disassembled my 7 ft. table, assembled my 8ft. table and then reassembled the 7 ft. table at my friends house. The skill and speed that they worked at amazed me.
