First time coming and I got to say the atmosphere is comfy and welcoming. When you walk in it actually feels a little crowded BUT it's actually quite big. Our server was Jennifer, she was amazing and SO helpful. I recommend giving her a raise hahaha Though ya so helpful with ya know helping us understand the area and foods and what not ya know all that jazz. She DID say we were her best group yet and that's saying something. Unfortunately they were out of cauliflower, BUT we got the crab ragoons which if sure were JUST as delicious as the cauliflower. Not a thing of cream was missing from those ragoons. I got the Greek salad, very good. Then the seafood pasta for main. OH most important I LOVE that all their sauces and what not are made fresh from scratch. Was all very good! Keep it up Stonewater!

Excellent service they are always packed and even so they provide the best customer service. They are not only attentive they also move fast making your experience more pleasant. It's not my first time but definitely not the last one.

We have been to Stonewater Grill several times. Parking was not bad, as they have a large parking lot. We were sat on the deck pretty quick Enjoyed some Garden Mules. For the Steak Frites dish, ordered it MR, however it came MW. Fortunately Server Destiny quickly came to ask if all was ok with the food. She took the Steak Frites back and it came back cooked properly as requested. Destiny saved the day. All enjoyed all food, drinks to include Tiramsu for desert.

Awesome little hidden spot. We sat close to the bar and had a super friendly and helpful waiter. He helped us select all sorts of yummy foods. Pictures in the post. Went for happy hour but ended up getting the regular fun cocktails on the menu. It's a great place to bring a huge group or an intimate date night. Lots of space! Hope to be back soon.

The food was very good. Do they have a signature burger? That's huge. for Father's Day my wife had the American burger, I had a chicken Caesar salad, my daughter had the Greek salad. They were all very good. the Service is Excellent My drink was never empty and it's a beautiful location in place you look at over the lake.

So holidays are challenging for restaurants, but this experience was crazy. We have been meeting family for Christmas Eve dinner for more years than I can remember. So far this was the absolute worst experience in the Tampa area in over 15 years. First off, they way overbooked. And the desk told us that they had done so when we checked in. We were finally seated and immediately told the kitchen was running an hour behind. We got drinks and waited. Shortly after that our server told us the kitchen was even slower. We decided to order some appetizers. Those too would be at least another half hour to an hour, but if we ordered cold appetizers, it would be better. So we decided to share a charcuterie board and a bread basket. A half hour later, we got the charcuterie board. We were starving so it was very good. And actually turned out to be the best item of the evening. At about 7:30 (we had been there since 6 pm), ONE person in our party of seven got their order of a chicken sandwich with fries. About 45 minutes later, the rest of us were served. My meal was inedible. They gave me the wrong veggies which they did replace; the mixed mashed potatoes were disgusting; the chicken in the chicken Marsala was tough and hard on the edges. The whole plate was drowned in a sticky brown sauce. Yuk!! I told the server to discourage anyone else from ordering this. From the other comments, the burgers were decent and the chicken piccata good (although her food was served on a smaller sized plate with what appeared to be a half a portion size). We did enjoy the picturesque setting and the Christmas decorated boats that passed by. But 2 and half hours is a long time for older folks to sit -- as well as for the kids. And we left unsatisfied on so many levels.

Holiday evening dinner with family in a beautiful setting. The interior had every square inch decorated as well as the outside seating/dining area. Festive boats circling around the huge lake for added entertainment. Parking lot is packed! Arrived on time for our dinner reservations. Our table had not cleared because of the previous occupants still there. After waiting approximately another 40 minutes they found a table for our party of seven. Our server came with menus ( which we had already memorized!) and took our beverage orders. We put our dinner orders in right away and fortunately a bread order and a Charcuterie board order. The Charcuterie board arrived about 20 minutes later with only one of the two bread basket orders. This kept everyone going until one of the seven orders arrived an hour after placement. About 32 minutes later, the other six entrees arrived. Don't order the Chicken Marsala... Burger dishes were good. Other pasta dishes were OK. As we were finishing up, our second bread basket order arrived. We were asked if anyone wanted dessert, and our table gave a polite "timely" decline. Ambiance and the family company were wonderful!

One of my favorite places! They go all out at holidays. Great atmosphere inside and out but I prefer to eat outside to view the lake. Lots of seating. Friendly staff and great menu.

A lovely local spot right on the water. I came for dinner on a weekday evening, and it was immaculately clean and not too busy. The food was great, especially the spicy vodka rigatoni with grilled chicken. The service was excellent as well, with attentive staff and quick refills throughout the meal.

I've heard some buzz recently from friends about Stone Water Grill, so I finally gave it a try. The service was friendly and responsive, which set a great tone from the start. I ordered the short rib melt with fries. As for the sandwich itself those short ribs were seriously delicious. Generous portion, tender meat, and yes, it even fell out of the sandwich at one point (always a good sign in my book). The fries were solid too. I'm curious to explore more of the menu next time. If the short rib melt is any indication, there's more goodness waiting.

Our Saturday evening out with good friends, 3/14/2026, was made better by deciding to have drinks, appetizers and dinner at Stonewater Grill. Our fantastic waitress, Kelsey, raised the bar as far as friendly service and ability to totally take care of us with smiles and fun. What an enjoyable pre-birthday celebration! Stonewater's is our favorite!

Another really good experience. The french toast was really good! My kiddo loved her spaghetti too. Noodles look housemade. The food here has been a home run each time. No doubt we will be back. Also, we love the options for indoor or outdoor seating my the water. It is beautiful!!!

It's a fun place with a nice setting near the water. Parking can be a little crowded because it's popular. On thing we found a little disturbing was a neighboring table had an issue with their order. I'm sure that's not unusual, but the unusual part was that after it was apparently resolved, an older grey haired guy approached the table and started yelling at those customers. Told them to shove the food up their asses. Yes, he said that . I didn't hear all the conversation but I definitely heard that. We asked the server who that was and they said it was the owner! I like a little passion, but it made us feel uncomfortable. I'd eat here again but I wouldn't complain about my order. I'm sure the owner would spit or shit in the food if you did that.

We've had the best luck sitting at the high-top tables by the bar, especially when David is our server. The lobster bisque is the star of the show and is definitely worth trying. I usually go for the lobster rolls. They aren't the absolute best I've ever had, but they're pretty close--and with limited options in the area, they're a solid choice. The Atlantic Haddock Dinner is also very good. One thing I would recommend staying away from is the vegetables. They don't taste fresh and seem to be canned, which is disappointing. They also have a few weekly and weekend specials that are worth checking out. Overall, I do recommend The Great Catch, especially if you're looking for a change from the usual chain restaurants. Just choose your seating and, if you can, ask for David!

I was confused. I took this place off our list. We attempted to go back again yesterday because my uncle wanted a lobster roll and wanted to spend time with the family. He ordered the lobster roll that was $50 then he was charged extra for side dishes that the menu already said came with them. I questioned the server and they said they asked whoever was in charge and they told her he said it was known as premium sides. These are basic sides and their menu no where listed premium sides as an option. I understand a soup maybe more but he ordered sweet potato fries and a potato, the soup was a third choice for this roll. $54 for a foot long lobster roll is insane and then to be charged for 6-8 fries and a small potato as premium sides. Please stop changing the menu. My husband wanted to ask for a manager to complain but we just left. We will go back to Zeph where nothing has changed. The service and the drink specials are why we came back here for the second time.

The fish was fried in a cornmeal batter which is my favorite way to eat fried fish. The grits were savory and creamy and paired well with the fried fish. Upon entering the restaurant it is quick service but the restaurant itself is very nice and well decorated. Not your standard bright white, plain poke restaurant. All of the ingredients are very fresh. I was a bit overwhelmed by the menu in a good way. They have so many amazing options. While we came for the poke, they also have a açaí bowl bar, hot food and even Boba. It was so hard deciding what to get because everything looked and sounded so fresh and amazing. I settled on the first and most popular menu item The Ultimate Poke Sushi Bowl. Everything included sounded delicious. I did sub the carrots for ginger and added mango. The price is only $14.99 which is amazing cause other poke restaurants charge more. What makes it even more impressing is the whopping amount of food they give you. They are not stingy on the portions by any means. In fact I had so much leftover I got to have two great meals out of it. I didn't get boba as it was late and I was just excited for dinner but I did get a fountain drink. They have stubborn soda which I love. It's made with cane sugar. The employee working was very kind. I do not live near our office but I look forward to coming back when I visit our office again or if I'm near by visiting. Excellent food.
