And finding trinkets as gifts made wonderfully, and in a time capsule is always cool. We would've purchased more birdbaths and succulents except I had a dental cleaning approaching, across county line. This location on Lake Sherwood was advertised as being in Westlake Village in LA county. It's ventura county! Even the fire trucks off the fwy off ramp, were yellow Ventura County Firetrucks. Which I found odd bc I'm an LA county girl, raised here since my diaper days and I know LA county as well as my car GPS. Anyway, long story longer, we were charged LA county tax which is 9percent ish. When Ventura county tax is 7.25. Guys when attending estate sales check your zip code and actual county line maps. And charge the accurate tax amount. If we had bought larger items this would have made a huge difference!
