I received quotes from three different companies to have a new HVAC and AC system installed at my home. Working with Trent at Central Heating and Air Conditioning was fantastic. Trent was incredibly helpful and always willing to hop on the phone to discuss exactly what I was looking for and what options were available. Central Heating and Air Conditioning also worked with me on pricing and came close to matching a cheaper quote I had received. Ultimately, I chose them because of all the time and care they put into working directly with me. Trent made the whole process easy, and I would gladly work with him again. I purposely waited several months after the installation to leave this review, just to make sure everything was running correctly. I did run into an issue with the AC on very hot days--anything over 95° was giving me trouble. Central Heating and Air Conditioning came out, inspected the equipment, and although it took two visits, they diagnosed the problem: the system was overcharged and tripping out on hot days. They reduced the pressure, verified everything was within specifications, and I haven't had a single issue since. Overall, this is a fantastic group of people. The installation went great, and they stood behind their work by following up and fixing the issue until everything was perfect. I had it done about 4 or 5 years ago and never really saw a big difference. He discovered that the main duct was blocked so did not get cleaned last time. He cut a hole and cleaned it out, then patched the hole with screws that can be taken out next time we need them cleaned in 7 or 8 years. We could not be happier.
