I live in my camper and scheduled the repairs far out, so I could get it to the shop after camping season. I sent an email to the manager in April, never heard back. When I called 2 months prior to the repair, the manager said he would take care of it. I stopped in 3 weeks prior to drop off. The new person said they would order my replacement recliner so it would be there when I dropped my camper off, and get reimbursed. Not wait for preauthorization. They didn't order it!
