These people have got me for over 100,000 dollars in labor,parts,and down time.In the past 2 years they have rebuilt 3 ISX Cummins for us.the first one lasted 30,000 miles.blew a head gasket.took it back to them.They told me I got a bad head from manufacturer.bought another new head.sent the old one back for warranty.the manufacturer completely tore it apart.nothing wrong with it.so I went back to Rush to look at the head gasket,they couldn't find it.The second one blew a head gasket at 50,000.Took it elsewhere.This shop says the head wasn't put on properly.January of 2024 the third one spun #3 and #4 bearings.This motor is junk.consulting with an attorney now.These people have no business rebuilding motors of any kind.They are parts changers not mechanics.Beware of this place,they don't know what they are doing at all. read more

Awesome business. I was in from out of town, and was calling around for prices.Every shop was 8-1k in price. Mike told me to come in so he could assess my damage, and cut the price in half so i could get home. They are not like all the other companies. The staff was also so nice while i waited for 3 hours for my truck to be fixed. This was at the Clyde, Ohio shop. read more

I pulled out onto Route 20 in Clyde and I guarantee that no one was coming from the west. At least there were no headlights on in that direction. Once I got up to speed, a set of headlights came on behind me and the vehicle passed me. It was a Rush R&R tow truck. The driver spent the next few miles into Bellevue flashing the amber lights and turning on the rear facing white flood lights, acting like I deserved some "take that!" kind of attention. The driver finally pulled off into a gas station and hopped through a few parking lots before I lost sight. All this to say, if you're going to be out on the road acting like a complete jackass, you should leave the company truck at the shop. You're giving the business a bad name. What you really deserved was to be run off the road and throat punched for driving like an idiot. If there was a zero star rating, you would get it. You'll never hook up to any vehicle of mine. read more

Awesome business, the owner and all the employees are hardworking, trust worthy and honest. My family and I were moving from Virginia to Fargo, ND on a military move and we broke down in Clyde, Ohio. Our trailer needed major repairs and we found ourselves in a very desperate, vulnerable predicament as all our household goods were in this broken down trailer. Mike, the owner, took care of us like family. He shopped around for the best price for the parts we needed. Our trailer stayed in Ohio with our truck while we continued on to our new duty station. As soon as the parts were in, Mike had his team working and got it fix in a day. When we picked it up he insured we were safe on the road and kept in contact incase we had any issues.
