I made an appointment, received a confirmation, and arrived 10 minutes early. The open sign was on but the doors were locked. I waited 10 minutes, called the shop number on the door, no one answered and the voice mail was not set up. I waited another 10 minutes, perhaps someone was running late. I sat in the parking and searched for another shop that could perform the services I wanted. Two and a half hours after my scheduled appointment at Billionaire's I received a text indicating that my appointment had been canceled. Unfortunately for Billionaire's, I was in chair of a competitor. I not only got the natural hair blowout but splurged with a beautiful rinse and a and phenomenal cut. Overpriced, lackluster service! Come to think of it, I have nothing against this establishment as a whole. In fact, there are some very fine people that work there, I'm sure. HOWEVER (and I say this mightily) DO NOT, under any circumstance, sit in chair #3 at Triangle Town Center. There you will see a gentleman with a stature of at least 6'6". He is heavy set. He also has long dreads and a taper cut that acts as the foundation. EXTREMELY RUDE, right off the bat. Impersonal. And he does what HE wants to do instead of doing what YOU want him to do! This is the type of service you get for a hair cut that costs $30? Apparently, at Billionaires Barbershop in Triangle Town Center Mall! To make an excruciatingly long story short, this man cut nearly ALL of my hair off when I ask him for a TAPER and a SLIGHT TRIM off the top!! He chose to pick out only a portion of my considerably thick afro... And just began to cut and cut and cut!!! It was devastating.. The feeling I got was that he targeted me and did on purpose for whatever reason. It's a mystery trying to figure it out. Either he didn't like my look, or homophobic maybe, or combination of the two, idk.. I'm just saying, it's definitely worth considering.. How I ended up with an EXTREMELY uneven taper cut that resembled a mullet is beyond me! read more

They have moved locations and they offer bottle water, coffee and they had donuts today! The shop is very nice and clean but it is $30 for a hair cut and it's suppose to include a shampoo and a facial. So tell me why my son get a cut and when he gets out of the chair I had to ask the man to wash his hair !?!!? Why is it that black owned businesses seem to always one be over priced and 2 try to get over on the very people trying to support them?!?!? The wait time is beyond ridiculous. I checked in at 2:45 pm and my son didn't sit in the chair until 4:15 pm. There were 7 barbers present. Upon checking in with my yelp, I received a voucher for 5% which I showed them but the receptionist informed me they don't honor any vouchers. I paid the $21.00 that they charge but I wouldn't exactly call that good service. read more

Giving two stars for the sweet, kind service, but our little boy who stayed extremely still and patient ended with an awful, jagged haircut. We came back to fix it and while it's a little better, it is much shorter and embarrassing at how crooked it is. Looks like we will be wearing a baseball cap for the next few weeks while it grows a little. Most either cut my mop foppy where it ends up puffed out on the sides (I have less every year up top) -or- they butcher me with an old-school Eisenhower-era bowl buzzcut. This place is horrible. Shop opens at 10:00 and no one shows up until 10:15. When one barber finally arrives and opens the doors he doesn't speak. We don't get a sorry I'm late, I'll be right with you. The waits are extremely long (I have been here several times). Once we got in there the barber took his time and was setting up for at least 10 minutes. Then some other guy walks in and turned on the lights and starts trimming his own beard, I was thinking this was a new barber. Then he sat down in the barbers chair and the one and only barber starts to give him a cut before the customers who were waiting. Another costumer and myself left. If I can't work into Juice's schedule, AB and Miguel have also done well. This has to be the worst hair cut I have ever had. Showed Dvontae (Hollywood) a picture of the cut I wanted.  He informed me that he could do it. I walked in with a head full of hair.  My parts are not even.  On 1 side the part is about 4 inches wide and on the other side of my head,  my part is about 1 inch long.  I asked him to take some hair off the top (short)  my hair cut turned out to be a slope with more hair on the left side,  the middle of my hair is bald.  You can literally see my scalp.  Then going to the right side it is cut low. The worst part is that in order to correct his bad hair cut, I would literally have to shave my head completely bald clean to start fresh. read more

It took me sometime to find a baber in Raleigh but I (wife actually) finally found a place "The Billionaire's Barber Shop" in the Triangle Mall. My sons and I have been going there for almost 4 years, our barbers name is Dez. If not Dez, AB and Juice are our backups. The shop is very clean, family friendly, great staff and prices are ok. Arrive early becuase it does get crowed, there are 6 barbers working. It may take some time but it's well worth the wait for a great NY style cut...and they open on Sundays! Fyi..expect to be entertained by sports talk, jokes and other clean barber shop conversation while you wait. read more
