We have two Hunter Douglas bypass shutter doors. When we had our flooring replaced, the doors no longer fit because the new flooring was thicker. Mike, with Bill's Drapery Service, came out to take a look at the job. Realizing he couldn't get it done by the end of the day, he promised to call me the next day to reschedule and he did. He scheduled to come out the day after with a colleague. They spent a couple hours raising the door frames and rehanging the doors and they look perfect now. Mike, Arnold, and Adrian are excellent! We've had them come twice so far. Once to install top down bottom up shades and then again to install curtains and rods. They are helpful, genuine, and very personable. Arnold and Adrian were even so kind to my dogs! Arnold gave great advice and insight when it came to hanging my curtains and made sure I was left happy and satisfied. Mike, the owner, is very thoughtful and even contacted me to let me know he had a spare part I needed that I had intended to order online. Well, I installed the mini-blinds myself! Instructions were okay but I have an electric drill:) I was a little intimidated but got going! Got 5 blinds installed in about 2 hours and saved $150:) I would recommend Blinds.com and DIY install. read more

These guys came out and measured 38 window openings for us. I ordered window blinds, they called me to schedule installation. The are extremely efficient ,clean and most importantly friendly. After 3 weeks I finally able to talk to a girl on a phone who told me they do not have any availability until January ( It's was mid of September). I called to set up an appointment for my parents. The young girl I spoke with on the phone was very rude. When I asked to speak with a manager she laid the phone down spoke with her manager about our conversation. Her manager never came on the line "she was not available". I verified with the manufacturer when the blinds would arrive to them which is 2/8/19. Still refused to schedule an appointment, then her manager decided that they could schedule an appointment on 2/14/19. What happened to customer service. Lastly they are the only ones who contract with Home Depot for installation. read more

We had a terrible experience with this place. They were recommended by another window covering business to repair a very nice but older blind in our living room that is no longer made. I had to provide my e mail address to them and then fill out a pdf form & send back to them just to request the service. I guess so they can determine if its worth their while or not. I have dealt with Bill's Drapery Service for at least 10 years now. Unfortunately, their responsiveness, organization, foll up and overall customer service has declined to such a level that I had to release them from a request for repair today that has taken them at least 2 months for them to resolve. My property management support, my tenant and myself have filed out a request for service form on 3 occasions to repair an electric shade that is not operating. I like Mike. He has installed drapes, blinds, and shades on three of my properties. I'm confused and disappointed at this point. read more

We ordered custom blinds and the company we ordered blinds from used Bill's Drapery to complete installation. Arnold and Adrian were the men they sent to install our blinds and they were so friendly and efficient. We cannot say enough about these two. We had a hell of a time with the initial company we ordered our blinds from so we saw Adrian and Arnold more than we probably should have. Their great attitudes and humor got us through our ordeal. After we believe was their 4th visit, our home finally has blinds. We will definitely miss seeing them!!
