    My purchase started out good with my designer who came to my home to assist me with shades and…read moreblinds for the 14 windows and doors I needed to update. From that point on, it all went to HELL. One of my motorized shades was defective and needed to be replaced. It took over a month to get the replacement and when I did, it kept indicating that the battery needed charging even though I charged it for two days. This company charged my credit card for the balance even though the job was NOT completed. You're at their mercy so they can do everything they can to make your life miserable.

But if you ever need *servicing* after the blinds are installed, after they have received your thousands of dollars, you will be wasting your time. You can find other reviews on Yelp stating the same thing. I have been trying to get a replacement part for once set of blinds for six months now. It took them well over two weeks to respond to the first email, and they asked a question about the blinds. I responded immediately, and they simply never responded. I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. When I finally got someone to come out to fix the blinds, I had to take time off of work to get this done. The repair is outsourced to a third-party. The person providing service was great, but it turns out that 3 Day Blinds miscommunicated the problem to him, so he was not able to fix the blinds. He stated that 3 Day Blinds would reach out to me again once the correct part was received, but of course, they never did. I've sent about five follow-up emails since then asking them if they can please provide a response. I was very patient. I was not being a jerk at all. They just are not responding. So think hard about whether you want to spend thousands of dollar on blinds from this company when then could turn into a useless item if something ever breaks. They will not respond, and you will have no support.
