WindowWear is great! I have worked with them now at least 4-5 times both at my home and my office over the past 5 years. Initially I met the original owner, Gary, and most recently his sons who have taken over the business. They have all been incredibly responsive and helpful - often getting out for a quote within a day or two of me contacting them and installing within a few weeks! Their pricing is reasonable and they have a great selection of products. We tend to like streamlined, modern blinds with motorized "smart" controls. Recently we have installed several sets of Rollease Acmeda blinds and have been thrilled with their consistent and quiet operation. We actually like them much better than the more expensive Hunter Douglas PowerView blinds we have previously used. The quote and install process was super efficient and very easy. Gary is AMAZING! I had problems with the motorized shades and the battery gave out. I couldn't believe it! He installed them in our Cambria home which we probably vacationed 4 times a year. Called Gary and he immediately came to pick it up and returned it back to the manufacturer. On our next visit, done and fixed. Window Wear came to my house, with samples, measured, and made great suggestions. We chose pull down cellular blinds for the kitchen to block light shining on the tv when we watch something during the day. And we chose corded shades for the bathroom because I wasn't sure I'd like the cellular. Turns out the cellular is better than I imagined they would be and the bathroom shade is textured and almost matched a cabinet we have in there. I am so happy with our choices. The installation was great too. The first thing that impressed me is they asked if I had a towel to put on the counter so they wouldn't leave dirty shoe prints.
