The owners were responsive and came and gave me an estimate within 24 hours. We went over all the option & addition items I desired. I had the bid the next day and call to confirm the job. I received a call in less fan a week to schedule the install but my construction needed a few more days. They were super easy to work with and the shower door with the clear glass is beautiful. I added the special coating so hard water stains should never be an issue with a little maintenance such as wiping off after a shower & using a rinse once a month. One of the hinges on our shower door broke suddenly after 16 years. Called the original installer, but they only do commercial work now and wouldn't service the door they installed. Called another company close to our home and was told to take a picture of the hinge and send it to them. Did that and they asked us to remove the hinge from the door and look for the name of the manufacturer and then they could try and order one. After struggling to remove the hinge, there was no manufacturer listed on the hinge. They said I'd have to bring in the hinge so they could search for a replacement. Feeling like we were getting nowhere fast, I called C & S and spoke to Kurt. He offered to stop by, look at the hinge/door and try to find replacements. Within a week our shower door was repaired at a very reasonable price. This was right before Christmas and we needed two fully functioning showers for guests.
