Bill is a miracle worker. He solved my problem, did it in less than an hour, and did it for a very reasonable price. Five stars, no notes.

I would give neg 5 stars if I could.... Called this place to…read moreunlock my dad's old car. He had just purchased it and accidentally locked the keys in. When I called and spoke to the owner (I assume) of Locksmith 559, I told him we had just gotten the car, it had suicide doors and they could only be opened with the key fob, which was locked in the car. He quickly stated he could unlock it. Mind you he never asked any questions about the configuration. Long story short, his son wasn't able to open the door despite his best effort. I was told that his father would come and try to open it the next day. Okay. Waited. No call the following day, so I followed up. Kind of got a BS response. Ended up getting a car window guy to come and open the window, which he did. So when I called to cancel the "follow up" that wasn't going to happen, I get told that I will still be charged the 300 dollar fee despite this place not being able to open the door. Somehow it was my fault because I didnt tell them there were after market door handles on the inside. How this is relevant to not being able to open the door is beyond me since the son couldn't even get inside the car to try and open the door. He did absolutely nothing. No integrity. Crappy service, if you want to call it that. Save your money and time! Go somewhere else. Cause if they cant open your door, it will be your fault for not providing information that wasn't asked for or wasn't relevant. In response to Beau: When you took the job you knew it was 90 miles. Tell me this, do 1931 vehicles come stock with key fob to unlock the doors? Obviously the car was customized. No one asked any questions about the configuration. So how is that the customers fault? You couldn't even get in the car so why does the handle type matter? If that info was important than maybe those questions should have been asked. I stated the car had suicide doors that needed a key fob to open the doors and that fob was inside the car. I provided the info that was relevant to the situation. I was told rather quickly that "Yes, we can open it" followed by reassurance by your tech that his dad could open it and would be down the next day. Thankfully we were able to get a mobile window tech to open the window. Definitely not 300 dollars worth of service. I would have been okay with working out some kind of compensation but definitely deserved better service than being blamed for your company not being able to deliver on a service. Simply admitting the job couldn't be done would have been better than the response you just posted. Terrible customer service.
