I contacted this business a few years ago to have some keys made after googling a Locksmith in town. His response was prompt and his work was professional and his price was fair. Being satisfied with his service, I saved his contact in my phone. Today I contacted him in a bit of a panic because of an issue with our digital door lock. Although he informed me that he was busy, and initially told me he would not have time to come out in the speedy fashion that I felt entitled to, he still managed to talk me through my problem over the phone and even send me YouTube videos that offered possible solutions. All this while he was tied up on other jobs. He then informed me that if he could find a break between jobs that "maybe" he would stop by. Sure as sugar, he showed up, diagnosed the problem, and fixed my door lock. He really helped me out of a jam. A bit reluctant to ask him what the charge would be (we never discussed costs during our conversations) and figuring that he would hit me over the head with a ridiculous over-inflated bill (that would have been warranted given his response that was consistent with an emergency call-out), I braved the question and braced for impact................ His response was PRICELESS.......... "MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!" And then he drove off!!!!!! We arrived to the June Lake campground this last weekend from LA to find out we left our Thule Cargo box key at home. Not having a spare with us we frantically started to look for a locksmith. There's only three in the area and Bob was the only one that answered his phone. He gave us clear instructions on where to meet him in Mammoth Lakes area and stayed on the phone with us until we found him. This is where he worked his magic and saved us.
