7-8 years ago, I got my first brand new car. It was light years ahead of my first car ever, which didn't come with a passenger side mirror or power steering. This one had heated seats, a back up camera, push to start and keyless entry. Like all new cars, this one came with 2 keys, er.....keyfobs. Remember, keyless entry and push to start. Anyway, fast forward a few months, and we are a family of 3 with an infant in a car seat and an eager to assist 6 year old. I'll give him stuff to throw away as soon as we walk in the door, or give him the keys to unlock the door from the garage so that I can focus on getting the baby, diaper bag, etc. Mom works nights at this point, so we've done this a few times just me, a 4 and 6 year old, and newborn baby, and big brother is proving himself to be very useful. Then one morning, I'm getting ready to go to work, and I can't find my keys. After a few minutes, I grab the spares and get on my way. They'll pop up eventually, I'm sure. But no, they don't. I start looking everywhere for them. Nothing. I jokingly say that my son must have thrown them away, still hoping they will eventually show. Then, we move from that house and reality sets in. That must be what happened. Now I guard my keys. My wifw misplaces things all the time so as soon as she uses my keys, I ask for them. Can't lose these ones. I messaged Aaron about cutting and programming a key and fob for my 2013 Honda Civic (I got this on Amazon). He quickly responded on the same day to me and gave me a quote, $95 for cutting and programming the key fob. I went in a as a walk in. We discussed my options, which is much welcomed. He let me know my options. 1) I provided my own key and fob and he let me know that there could be a chance it would not work since it's not one he has used. 2) He can use one of the key and fob he has in stock, which would cost $120. Bottom line, I understood and asked him to cut and program the one I provided; I chose option 1. First of all this shop is closed and no longer exists, they are mobile only, nothing wrong with that in my opinion, however when I called the number dude who answer gave the sense of hurry up I gotta get off the phone, he asked very few questions about my situation, he said he could get me a new key for $140 program and cut out the door, only I only needed my key cut, when his employee showed up to my house he spoke zero English and had zero people skills I waved and said hello dude just looked at me like he had no clue what was going on, there was a bit of a communication barrier so he called his boss (same dude I talked to originally) I tried to explain my situation and almost said no to their service that's when he said well your gonna be charged $40 just for comeing out there, I told him that I can get a blank key on Amazon for $25 and if they can just cut the key how much it would be, apparent they still charge the same amount with or without the blank key which is $80 to cut a key, hella overpriced if you ask me, I still went ahead and got my key cut the employee did it in like 5 min was done and gone, so moral of the experience they did a good job with how fast they were but horrible customer service, employee should work on his English and overall demeanor, i would not recommend this business to any of my friends or family I would recommend getting your key blank on Amazon and getting the key cut at the swap meet I probably would have saved $40 on the price of the key, I went ahead and did it in the end cuz they were here and was super convenient read more

When I called to report this the person on the phone just kept stating that their job was done and that the keys were right and something about an immobilizer light not being on as if I'd know what that was lol !
