I understand a business has the right to refuse service to who ever they please. However, this allows for businesses to expose political views of theirs and impose them on their potential customers - which we all know how it feels like to have other people's political opinions imposed on us, its not a good feeling. I am out of town working on a nationwide project with a clinic in town, our project is neither Pro Choice nor Pro Life. As a professional, I am not allowed to speak of my personal political beliefs, so to be treated with such disrespect over a minor detail in the help I was seeking is completely baffling and disrespectful. An employee of this business hung up on me after finding out I was parked at a place they have some strong feelings against. I think to my self, what if I was in a dangerous situation? Would my life not matter and would I not receive help just because of the beliefs the person I spoke on the phone with assumed of me? The world might never know and this makes it clear that life is truly not valued in this business, its cares more about political stances and insecurities over actually helping an individual in need. I will never give my business to such a place. I will tell all of my affiliates and colleagues about this situation this morning. I have never felt more disrespected in my life. I hope this business re-evaluates how it approaches potential customers and reads John Chapter 8 and pays a close focus on John 8:7 which reads "The one of you who is without sin, let him be the first to throw a stone at her." read more

Went there yesterday to have a duplicate key made for my electric mobility scooter. Guy working there looked and looked at their key blanks. Finally, he said I don't know if I have the correct blank or not so I am going to use a motorcycle blank and give it a shot. He cut the key, handed it to me and said, "take it home and try it. If it works come back tomorrow and give me $6.00. I tried it as soon as I got home and it worked perfectly. This morning I drove back to his shop and payed them for the key. Great place. We bought a 2018 Nissan Altima but only had one key to the car. These cars use intelligent keys. Called the dealership and they wanted $350 + tax and another local locksmith quoted me 325 + tax. I was shocked as their site says save 50% off dealer prices....guess not. So I called Bill's and was quoted 200 + tax. I am sharing what happened to me to let people know of this place and how they do business. I wanted my deadbolts rekeyed and instead Charlie stole my 4 expensive deadbolt locks that were worth almost $300 a piece . Instead of rekeying the locks Bill's Locksmith Shop against my wishes and not what I asked for, took my expensive speciality locks that were switched out for cheap no name deadbolts and my locks were taken from my property which is theft for over $1,000 worth of locks. I had to go to the Hemet Police Department multiple times before my deadbolts were returned about 3 weeks later. One of the deadbolts was already rekeyed for whoever was going to use my property. We had to take that deadbolt to a locksmith and pay to have it rekeyed. I'm also out of the $140 I was charged for having my locks stolen. When I went to the shop about my deadbolts that I wanted returned, the older female who is the mom, screamed at me and called me a bitch. Charlie who is the one who did the service call and took my property unlawfully came out from the back of the store like he was going to attack me and was raging. I am a female senior citizen who lives in Sierra Dawn. I was taken advantage of as an older woman. I had no idea of the hatred and lack of respect for senior citizens by this business. I have a recording of the owner Charles where he admits his son and employee Charlie took my deadbolts and only had two and that he would reimburse me for my expensive locks. They lied. Do not have this business anywhere near your home. This was a nightmare experience for me and my husband. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. The son Charlie thought I would be an easy target as a senior citizen in Sierra Dawn. read more

I called Bills Lock Smith this morning I lost the only key to my truck they quoted me an excellent price came out and had to basically make a new key from scratch because somebody had already replaced my ignition they didn't change the price they did an excellent job They also programmed to additional keys for me that I bought off Amazon and didn't charge me anything extra. It's really hard for me to believe any of the bad stuff I see on some of these reviews they are an excellent Lock Smith and their prices can't be beat read more

The guy was nice enough but really sloppy workmanship. I only called him out to re-key my locks and then he starts driving 4-1/2 inch screws into my door jambs at 45 degree angles while I was out of the room. He said that will make my doors more burglar proof. I already have security doors. He then cracks my door jam and frame and his response is I can fill it in with some caulking or puddy, no big deal. No apologies at all from him. If you use these guys be right next to them at all times. I will never use them again. read more

I highly recommend Bill's Locksmith Shop in Hemet. I recently had Bill's do a rekey for me the day after I closed escrow. I scheduled an appointment with them no problem. Charlie is very friendly and knowledgeable! We spoke about securing my place and some concerns I had. He put my worries to rest. And he rekeyed my place in a flash! Had a locksmith emergency today where not only did we need a locksmith but we needed him ASAP. I googled locksmith near me and another outfit showed up first. I called them and they said they were on the way. I called them back about 15 minutes later to get an ETA and they said "about 30 minutes." I said is about 30 minutes 30 minutes or an hour? Oh, no, sir, I'll be there in 30 minutes. 38 minutes later I called to get an ETA. No answer. I texted. No response. I called four more times over the next five minutes. Finally, I sent a text that said "get back to me or I'll call somebody else." He finally responded saying he had a flat and another technician was on the way. Yeah, right. I made good on my promise to call somebody else and called Bill's. Bill's answered the phone, said somebody would be right out in 30-45 minutes. 15 minutes later I received a call from the technician, Charles, saying he was 15 minutes out. 15 minutes later he called to say he was driving up the street. 5 minutes later he had the vehicle unlocked and my day saved. Couldn't have been an easier transaction. I wish I could give Charlie more than five stars because he really saved my day. read more

I called Bill's Locksmith Shop needing locksmith services for an eviction the very next day. I explained to the young man on the phone, who was very helpful, that I have never done an eviction before and that I was a bit nervous going into the whole thing. He had no problem explaining the process to me and easing some of my worries with the whole situation. The next day that morning was the eviction. I had a key but the tennants changed the lock on me. Bill's Locksmith got the sheriffs inside in just a few minutes and had the whole house rekeyed to a different key in less than an hour! I am very thankful for their fast, detail oriented work.
