The trucks available for rent in Fort Smith are plentiful and the process of renting is easy and quick. The online reservation system is easy to use and I can even manage the rental in the app if I need to change anything. They offer storage that is climate controlled, and non-climate control. I have used both. They are also easy to deal with when making my storage building payments and managing those spaces. The customer service that I have experienced has always been excellent/top shelf. I appreciate having a local office that has so much inventory, including storage options, trailers and U-Haul pods plus multiple truck sizes. They also have moving supplies, towing supplies, etc. which is quite helpful to have. They operate excellent hours and I'm normally able to get in and out of their store pretty quickly. I can say this after having used their services on multiple times - not just this recent few weekends. I have experienced this service over the years that I've lived here (10+ years).
